Arrived 10 minutes early for appt and the waiting area was empty. Appt was for 10, at 10:30 I asked how far behind they were running as I had another dog at home with separation anxiety. Was told she didnt know how much longer and I needed to be more patient in a nasty tone. I packed up my cat and dog and we left. I dont think it is asking too much to tell the patients waiting half an hour past their appt with an empty waiting room that the vet is running late and given an estimate instead of behaving as if it is somehow my fault that I am still waiting with no answers on how much longer I will have to wait. We left and I have zero desire to go back, new vet time.
