I try to never write negative reviews, but what happened to my daughter last night was unacceptable. Upon arriving home after work, she discovered that her dwarf bunny was very lethargic, not moving, eating, drinking. We called every animal hospital within an hour and Best Friends Animal Hospital was the only one who would see him after hours. We called, they said they had an on-call rabbit doctor who they would get ahold of right away. However, because we werent an established patient, they would not see him until we filled out paperwork in the morning. I"m sorry, but an emergency is an emergency. Her bunny died in her arms last night. Best Friends Animal Hospital, you should be ashamed in yourselves!

We have been taking our furry best friends to Best Friends Animal Hospital for over 19 years. The administrative, veteranarian technicians and veteranarians far exceed the usual and customary service provided in our society today. Their love for what they do is evident. Management must never forget one great employee is equivalent to three good employees and therefore, equivalent to three times the productivity, vet care and customer service in such an environment. Indeed you have great employees; communicate this with them and pay them more than what other animal clinics pay. This is a win-win strategy for it produces even more extraordinary service, team effort and growth..

Great place for our furry familly to be healthy, and really well cared for. I love the fact that as a regular clients they send post cards to our pets to feel being remembered. There is only one thing that I wish that the practice would do; this would be for them to offer a yearly membership fee per household, that would provide some benefits toward the client and for them. This would add financial and commitment values for everyone, but it is a business decision of course. Regards Alex.
