The first visit me and my animal had was wonderful. My pet has behavioral issues and is very hyper so I was so happy that the staff and vet (Dr. Olsen, I believe) were so sweet and patient with him. The visit was uplifting and I was given a lot of information. The second visit however was much less pleasant and upsetting for me. The vet (Dr. Ivy) was much less personal and the staff that worked with him that day were much less able to work with him. Im not stupid, I understand my dog is incredibley hyper, he nips, and needs a lot of work. But they were referring to him in a way that upset me, saying he had "real issues" and they had a big problem with him being a patient. I was made to feel like they did not want him to return, and considering how high the price was to care for him, that was truely sad for me. My dog is not a monster but I was told by her,the vet, that he was one of the worst brought there which was so amazing for me because hes def not one of the worst dogs I have had to work with, Ive taken in many strays. I would also expect a staff to be able to handle a 30 pound dog with a little more ease, aggressive or not. This place was hit or miss, but pricey. If your going, I would request Dr Olsen, with my experience, I viewed him as very kind and patient which I greatly appreciated considering the circumstances of an unruley pet. He was very good at handling my animal. Oh and the building and waiting room are very nice, and the receptionists were very helpful and kind also.

Horrible do not go here!!! They are terribly unorganized. I spent an hour waiting to be seen for a simple ear infection, I even already know the names of the medicine she needs. The front desk staff didnt even realized I checked in. Even though I came right in and told them my dogs first and last name mine and weighed her. My child was obviously getting fussy and flat out saying he was tired of waiting to be seen by the "doggy doctor" and my poor dog whose terrified of vets sat there shaking and whimpering which they ignored for the extremely long wait. Needless to say we had to leave with out care. They do NOT care about your animal dont even bother scheduling an appointment you wait less at a walk in clinic

We Love Dr. Kent Olson - we take all our kitties here and Dr. Olson has always given them the very best veterinary care around. He pays very close attention to detail and explains everything he is doing and, when there are different options for care, he explains them all and lists the pros and cons for each option. He has a true love for animals and the gentleness and compassion he gives to them come straight from his heart.

Attentive, kind, considerate, and patient; nothing but excellent qualities from this animal care center. All 4 of my pets are well taken care of, they can accommodate many schedules and are staffed with people that genuinely care about the well being of your pet and its health. I recommend them to anyone that I can!! Ive seen all 3 doctors and have enjoyed every visit!

After an extensive research about local veterinarians, we chose this place. So happy! Receptionists are welcoming and helpful, doctors are top notch. Every doctor I met there seems to really care about your pet. I feel comfortable bringing my dog there. I trust doctors advice and recommendations. Highly recommend this animal clinic!

Dr Olson and Dr Vine are the greatest. Very compassionate and responsible. They take the time with each pet to get to know them and their families. We have been taking our girls there for over 10 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.
