We took our cat in for his yearly shotsand check up. It was our first time trying this place. Our cat also needed neutering but of course we had to wait a few days for that. So, decided to get him his rabbies shot, distemper and a regular check up. We walked in the front desk lady is not welcoming or polite at all. She seemed very uptight and short in conversations. Anyways we signed in and waited and were called inside. The Vets assistant was an old short lady. She seemed nice at first. She talked and answered some ques for us. Then the Female VET came in. Oh boy I tell you. My cat was so scared for some reason of the Vet that he decided to hide where ever he could in the room. The Vet asked for a towel to get him out because she didnt want to get nailed (like WOW really). My cat has been to Vets before but at this place he had been most uncomfortable and scared than ever. I have never seen him act this way towards a vet before. The Vet decides to do his "check up" OMG. I have seen a check up like this before and taken him to vet like this before. This Vet looked into my cats ears with her fingers. No light No checking took that they use, no nothing just checked them with her hands and that was the check up. Like huh what? Then the time came for shots. The vets assistant literally man-handled our cat. She grabbed him hard from the back and the VET poked the shot first and said I cant get the needle in and tried it again. Then she gave the shots but the way they held him down and delt with him was very unprofessional. They werent gentle AT ALL!!!! The doctor got done and was rushing out. I asked a few ques she cut them short and stood in the door while answering them. She kept rushing to leave to another room. I was shocked. They are all about MONEY and NO CARE. I was Like I am a paying customer too you know. The time came and assistant brings in a print out of a page with prices for neutering the prices were way different for everything than what they told me over the phone. A girl name Jeniffer who works there gave me different prices over the phone. They charged me couple bucks extra in everything. They literally tried to sell you services like literally. They also offered me a carrying box case cause my cat doesnt like his carrier and we left his in the car and took him inside in our hands. He is a small 1 and half year old tabby. I took the box and came to find out I was charged $10 for it. Hahaha i am laughing cause I got ripped off by a Vet clinic. They never mentioned it and just offered the box and then charged me. I was stupid enough to trust them and didnt look at the bill until i got home and saw the charges and how prices differ from what they told me. I never took my cat back to them for his neutering svc to them and never will or recommend anyone to them period. I took him to a different clinic and they called this place up to verify my cats rabie shot record and they said they dont have it. Hello, you guys gave him that shot like 2 days ago. But you guys reading this know why they said they cant "find" it in their computer lol. Again horrible service, horrible place. No one is pleasant, even the VET was horrible with service. DONT GO HERE!!!! Bad vibes all over this place. They only care about making MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

We had been there several months ago because our 8 wk old Aussie puppy injured his leg and the vet was great with him so when setting him up to be neutered we decided to take him there. They required a physical before making an appointment for neutering, what an AWFUL experience. The vet was rude and horrible. She did not even attempt to interact with him before examining him and while checking a bump on his chest he nipped at her(didnt leave a mark). She acted like no dog had ever done that before. She proceeded to tell me that he showed ALL the signs of a vicious dog and we needed to watch him especially around children. My son and I were incredulous. She ranted and raved about him like a crazy person. She was truly frightening. He is the farthest thing from an aggressive dog you will find. He flops on his back for adults, children, other dogs and even the neighbors cat! To top it off, when checking out they gave me the estimate for neutering and taking the 1/4 inch bump off.... $1185.00! Approximately $650 for the neutering. They are supposed to be a not for profit....could have fooled me. Do not bring your pets here.

I dont recommend this vet at all!! We took my dog there. The vet and tech made no attempt to get to know him before taking him back for his exam. They had four people working on him at once. He ended up biting one as they were giving him shots etc. I specifically asked them about an area on his back. They had him only 5 min. Supposedly they did a full exam. They didnt notice the large area of scans I was worried about I didnt get to talk to the vet about her findings until we left. She had no idea and didnt see that area. Its hard to miss if just put your hand back there. Now a few months later we find out he had a massive infection in his mouth that the new vet says they missed. He has since lost a tooth and will require over a $1000 in treatment. Go to White Oak Animal hospital instead! They actually establish a relationship with your animals and do the exam with you in the room. Ive never seen a vet take the animal elsewhere for an exam and not try to befriend the pet.

This place is awesome! I took my puppy there when she was younger and needed her first set of shots and still go there to keep them up to date. Dr. Laura was very friendly and made me feel like my pet was very well taken care of. They gave me an estimate of how much everything would cost and didnt pressure me into anything. Prices are much lower than other clinics but you know your pet is still getting good medicine. The receptionist, assistants and the technician were also very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This clinic surely lives up their name. I recently got my kitty spayed. The staff were so wonderful and caring. Frankly, I was quite anxious that Id be criticized for getting my cat spayed so late and the other complications. But the doctors were nonjudgmental, listened to my concerns, and gave me helpful advise. I highly recommend this place. Ill definitely come back. I genuinely wish this clinic growth and succuss.

We have take our pets here for several years and I have always been pleased with the care provided. They always find a way to get my pets in when they are sick or injured. I think this same kind of services is why they sometimes run behind. But I dont mind waiting because I know someday it is going to be my pets that need emergency care. Thanks for taking care of my family
