We have loved and cared for many animals as members of our family for the past 48 years as well as been active in feline and canine rescue. Having dealt successfully with many veterinary groups over this time period, we have come to depend on Walkersville Veterinary Clinic staff for support and guidance. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and open to utilizing other sources for difficult cases. In those situations where intense specialized care was warranted, they had no hesitation in referring and coordinating that care. We are extremely happy and fortunate to have such a professional group available for the care of our furry family members.

Today is an extremely sad day for my entire family. This morning sept. 8 2016, We took are 12 week old German Shepard puppy( Ninja) to have his rear dew claws removed . Little did we know that this would be the last time we would see him alive. A routine surgery they told us never once did they mention he could or would die during this. they stated he had cardiac arreast and was so non caring to our grief as we cried over his little dead body. Just this morning he was happy and healthy and in a matter of hours Ninja was gone. So please if this can help someone else be sure to ask and find out all the risk for your family member, R.I.P Ninja Godspeed.

I cannot describe how wonderful this office is! Having a whole zoo of pets keeps me on my toes and Walkersville Veterinary Clinic is the only place I would take them. Very affordable and very caring. Just a few weeks ago I had to make a very difficult decision to have a cat put to sleep and I just cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion and caring during this time. I highly recommend that you check them out and take your pets to them!

Recently our goat fell and broke his leg after contacting numerous uninterested veterinary hospitals who thought we were crazy for wanting to fix our goat! We were put into contact with walkersville veterinary clinic. Even though it was after hours on a holiday weekend they told us to come in. DR Tuck was amazing and his staff was amazing! They fixed our guy right up! and they were reasonably priced. I will continue to take my animals there

After some issues I had with another vet I tried Walkersville veterinary. Front staff is polite and courteous and doctor Ashley De Meo was outstanding. I have a rescue with just about every issue a dog can have. Dr. De Meo was very patient and my dog has never been that calm during a vet visit. Prices were very reasonable. I found my new vet.

They take care of our dogs and cats at very reasonable prices. When you bring an animal in for a shot, they dont automatically charge a large "examination fee" like many vets do.
