Dr. Trout is absolutely amazing! We had been taking our puppy to a vet out in Marshall, so of course when our puppy got sick thats where we took him. After almost 2 months and hundreds of dollars later the vet in Marshall was doing nothing besides making my puppy even more sick with unnecessary antibiotics/ costing me more money. When I called New Baltimore Vet to schedule a "second opinion appt" for my puppy the girls upfront were absolutely awesome and very helpful. Dr. Trout was completely awesome. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns and was actually more concerned about finding a cure for my puppy rather than finding a way for me to spend hundreds of more dollars. THANK YOU NEW BALTIMORE VET! RUGER AND I APPERCIATE EVERYTHING! Im so happy to finally see my baby feeling better!

This vet is incredible, truly the best quality care in the area. They treat your pet like family :) I could have taken my 5 month puppy to a low cost spay/neuter clinic but to me taking her to people that love and know her was worth every penny! They even sent me picture updates via text message and let me pick her up in the evening the next day when I couldnt get out of work. Highly recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

Dr Bailey and all are skilled, compassionate, caring and willing to take the time to explain things. It is always a joy to hear Pams voice on the phone!

They treat my dogs like family, the staff members are always nice and in emergencies they have always been able to get me in. Whats most important is they are comfortable around my German Shepherd, who responds to peoples fear in a negative way. This has made going to the vet so much easier on both of us!

Dr. Trout is a wonderful vet! She treated our cat well for an odd skin issue. Her kindness and way of explaining treatment options and entering a dialogue with clients was refreshing. She was also very kind to my 9 year old daughter who found the whole visit fascinating. Most highly recommend! :-)

Weve taken our dogs here for over a year and getting Saturday appointments is a pain, it takes sometimes 3 weeks for them to return phone calls, for a working family they do not make it easy. Were switching.
