I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this clinic. The only pleasant thing I can say about is that the support staff are very nice. I would give zero stars or even a negative score if it were possible. Being that we are a military family, we transferred from Texas and I was referred by my new PCM to Smart Pain Management. Before asking me about symptoms or history or reviewing my records, they issued a urinalysis drug test. This would continue at every appointment. Following the initial appointment, I was passed from the Dr. to an NP. The NP was dubious and treated me as a criminal/known druggie, giving me flack about getting my meds, which are all in my records. She even went as far as to say that those meds were not in my record. I challenged that she had not read my record. She excused herself and came back 20 minutes later, obviously having finally reviewed my record to fill out scripts. On a Friday, I called in with acute neck and back pain, asking for trigger point injections. The earliest they could "fit me in" would be the following Monday afternoon. Arriving on time, I wait nearly an hour only to be told by yet another NP that they could not give me that procedure, that it has to be scheduled specifically. I explained that was exactly what had been done. She apologized and ushered me back out to the waiting room. Called to reception, they tried to schedule me for two months out! With tears filling my eyes, realizing I was not to get the relief I was counting on, I told them to forget it, that I would go to the ER. Not once was I examined or even checked out, other than my blood pressure taken. -oh and the urinalysis. I will not be returning to this worthless clinic. They have wasted enough of my time and I am finished with their incompetence. I highly recommend going anywhere else for help.

This was by far one of the greatest Dr. offices I have been to in the last 6 months, while seeking treatment for my severe back injuries.. The tablet they have to sign in, and register all that information was, quick, easy, and efficient. Even each question/ bit of registered information they required was so simple, and practical... There was other information they inquired about that I have never seen before, that really made sense for them to know about! ....(Usually while Im filling out the clip-board at other offices, I literally need to think of all this random and honestly pointless info, thats not needed at all..) So when I saw Dr. Benjamin for my first time he was so nice, he let me talk, and legitimately listened to me, and answered my questions, his actual exam was spot on... He told me information I never knew was even a problem, compared to other Dr.s analysis of my imagery provided.. He didnt profile me like I was there for medication, he understood when I said... "Im tired of masking the pain, and being tossed around Dr. to Dr. with no productivity to theorize a way to actually help, and manage my pain!!" Im already scheduled back in 5 DAYS! to under-go my first procedure to physically get done, to alleviate pain long term... Which the last Dr. I saw for 2 months, that prescribed me a bunch of crap, cut me off instantly from a medication she had me on... Then the scheduled appointment I had for treatment, they called and cancelled because I havent done physical therapy with their referral for 6 months... Umm. Ive been going to them for 2 months, and my accident was exactly 6 months ago, which started with 8-10 weeks BED REST!... * I am ever so thankful for this experience with this Dr, and office.. I cannot wait to continue treatment with Dr. Benjamin, and the staff!!

I am shocked about reading some of these reviews. I have been going there, Westminster location, for almost 5 years. I love them! My Doctor, Dr. Benjamin, is the BEST ever. Always listens even when I ramble on about nonsense in my life. He will sit there with me as long as I need him to to go over things. Always explains my best options. Always tries to do what is best for ME. The girls in the office are AWESOME. I have never had any issue with any of them. I think some of the people that greet you when you first come in could smile more since they moved up stairs, but other than that I have always had great service at this location. I like them so much I drive from Harrisburg PA because I refuse to change doctors. They truly are caring and the best out there. :o) Rock on Dr. B, Rock on!

If zero were an option thats what I would give. Was referred here by my orthopedist. Arrived 30 minutes early as requested and had already completed all paperwork prior to my arrival. After 45 minutes was told by the very uncaring nurse that "Dr. Rodriguez was one hour behind.This same nurse earlier brought paperwork for a patient that was a redo because of an error the provider made initially. I could reschedule or wait. First impressions.. My health issue more important to me than this level of service. I am going somewhere else.

I met Dr. Kornbluth back in 2007 and Iam back in his care 2011. He is AWESOME. I dont know the other person who wrote the review or if saw Dr. Kornbluth but he is just the most caring, and professional doc I have been to when it comes to pain management. I drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to him and would NOT trade him for anything. He listens and very much partners with me in my care. His staff has really been very good to me. Would recommend Dr.Kornbluth to anyone.

All the doctors (including the PA) are rude, they barely pay attention to you. Theyre more concerned about policy than treating their patients. Most patients are not drug seekers, most of the patients Ive seen (at the Westminster office) are well over 50 but, in my experience, are talked to and treated like thats exactly what I/we were seeking. Do yourself a favor and research another location before scheduling an apt here!!

Absolutely horrible.....saw a Doctor on my first visit for 2 minutes tops...today was my second visit.....never saw a doctor.....I left & told them I would never come back & would never recommend them to anyone......I have never been to any doctors office in my entire life like this.....The physicians assistant misunderstood every word I said.....kept walking in & out of the room....what a joke

The waiting is horrible, even as a new patient, I saw the doctor for about 2 minutes and a staff member for 3, she had to take my blood pressure. They differently are in it for the money and not the patients, so many people were complaining while I was there about wait times and how it was every time they went.

I havent been going here long but Im going to the Westminster location and seeing Dr. Benjamin and he is awesome. He has taken care of me and respected me and got me in quickly to get injections done to see if they relieve my pain. I literally just had them done this morning so figured I would review them....

This was by far THE WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. From reception to the doctors themselves, rude and unhelpful. Definitely do not have the patients best interest in mind. I will never go back!
