This office and practice function they way a medical office should. I visited in order to establish a new primary care doctor. When I arrived I found the front desk and check out staff to be pleasant, helpful, and informative. The RN who assisted took me back early to check my vitals and give me a room. I saw Dr. Han, who was on-time, very pleasant and thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner. She took the time to obtain a very thorough history and exam, and made sure I understood what she was discussing with me. The lab technician was also very efficient and pleasant. Overall I am very satisfied. Everyone was professional and kind, and clearly enjoy and are good at what they do. I would highly recommend the practice and Dr. Han.
