Dr. Pollack and Dr. Ellyn are both quite pleasant. However, Ive come to learn a front office staff can really make, or really break an office environment. In this case ... its the latter. Unfortunately, they do not wear name tags, so I cannot identify the ladies specifically. I guess its that "one (or two) bad eggs can really ruin a dozen". On more than one occasion Ive listened (and observed) to how they speak "at" patients. And what I truly find unsettling ... the majority of their patients are elderly. When you begin to treat your patients as an inconvenience ... maybe its time for a refresher on patient relations. Those patients keep you employed.

They refuse to go to my insurance for payment and they refused to accept the agreed payment from my husbands insurance. They put a message on their phones that they are closed when they are open and they basically are trying to ram charges down my throat.
