Dr. Alba himself seemed okay, he didnt really do much but he told me to schedule a follow up appoint a month later to get a follow up endoscopy. Well my stomach problems have been worsening a lot since then and when I called to confirm my appointment for the endoscopy (I had to call about 30 times to get a hold of them in the first place) then I finally got a hold of this very rude secretary who said that my appointment was only a office visit even though it should not have been and she wasnt willing to help me out at all. The service I received from the secretaries was AWFUL and I wont ever go back there because of that. I have serious medical problems and if Im going to be treated that way by the staff at my doctors office its time to go somewhere else..

Dr. Alba is very rushed. When i went to see him for severe heartburn, he did not ask for my symptoms or give me anything to do to fix the pain. Instead he asked that i simply "return when it gets worse." What is worse than being unable to sleep all night with unbearable burning in my chest?

Dr. Alba was the only physcian ( took 9 months to find him & get a positive result) who could determine that l had a blocked bile duct. He did surgery and l was fine!
