Ive seen people wrote really bad reviews. Your doctor shouldnt be your best friend. Yes Ive had to wait sometimes but shes a grate doctor and knows what shes doing. Ive gone to a few doctors for my face shes the only one that thought Accutane was my best shot. Having a clear skin. She had me on gels and antibiotics and it didnt work. But I was really scared to go on acutane but she told me that her and her team will help through the whole step. Shes a hard working lady. And she knows what shes doing so shell diagnose you and have you come back shes never ever been nasty she just dont sugar code anything because shes done this for years but at every doctors office can be a wait dont mean like shes wants her patients to wait that long but you cant help it if a patient comes in a little late then she could be behind but I love her over all she has made me feel grate about my self from seeing her she changed my life

My first appointment i showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and whatnot, but ended up waiting an hour past my scheduled time. When they called me in, I had to wait another 30 minutes in the patients room. Doctor hines finally bipped in for 2 minutes to ask a few questions and left anagin, leaving me to suffer another 10 minutes. Doctor hines couldnt have spent more than 5 minutes total with me and yet I was there for close to two hours. I wanted to wait until after my second visit to write this review, but Im at it right now and its looking like the first. -update- Its been 45 minutes thus far here at my checkup appointment.

I should have done some research before I went to see Dr. Hines. My experience with her left much to be desired. She lacks bedside manners and likes to use medical terms you do not understand and seems annoyed when you ask her to explain. I had to wait over one hour for a visit that lasted about 5 minutes and was made to feel like I was wasting her time the entire time. I have now made an appoint with different dermatologist.

What an awful experience. I came in 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork then proceeded to wait almost an hour for the doctor to come into the room. When she did finally come in, she had absolutely no bedside manner, used medical terms that I couldnt understand, she seemed as though I was wasting her time and left the room within 5 minutes of seeing me. Overall horrible experience.

One of the worst doctors I have ever met. Waited over an hour to be seen only to get a 5 minute visit. She has a despicable attitude and has absolutely no regard for patients. I am absolutely stunned by such ignorance! What a waste of time and money!

Great front desk staff, Dr.Hines has very poor bed side manner, I understand she is being professional but if it is a persons first time kindness does matter.
