My first visit there I had to wait a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes before being seen (I timed it on my phone). The second follow-up visit was a "nurses visit" and I wasnt even seen by a nurse, I was seen by a medical assistant who barely had the capabilities of reading off of a sheet of paper let alone know about the medication she is speaking on. I had to pay a copay for both visits where the second visit was a repeat of the first with no new information. I had asked a question and requested the office to contact me back later in the day and the response was more or less along the line of "maybe". Awful office, the front desk and staff are absolutely atrocious at what they do except for a select few. The doctors themselves are fine.

Beware of this dermatology office! I saw Dr. Lindsay Eminger (who was good) and my fiance saw Dr. Christine Urman (who was terrible). We were charged the same fee for me to have a head-to-toe exam and for him to be spoken to for less than 5 minutes. The staff are no help whatsoever, they all play the phone call transfer game. The office manager, Lynn, is more concerned with saving their practice from a lawsuit than ensuring that patients are treated fairly and ethically. I would never return here. Get ready to pay over $120 for a two minute verbal conversation... and thats WITH great health insurance.

I went in because I have acne and the wait was long and the doctor I met was condescending. I didnt appreciate the way she pushed me to take Accutane, which isnt even meant for the type of acne I have. I told her that I was not interested in getting blood work done every month for an acne treatment; yet she continued pushing. Shes gave me some samples, one of which contained benzoyl peroxide. I have had negative experiences with benzoyl peroxide and I had told her that, yet she insisted that I would be fine. Needless to say, I was not fine. Would not recommend.

Zero stars !!!! South Shore Dermatology Physicians front desk staff and supervisor are rude and unfriendly!!! Terrible no people skills at all !!! Dr. Christine Urman is a poor excuse for a dermatologist and an overall disappointment as a female doctor!!!. No bedside manner,no ethics ,no compassion, no regard for privacy!! A disgrace to the entire practice .My wife was there this morning and had a horrible experience. First time to visit a dermatologist for a full body skin cancer screening .It was a disgrace!! Horrible doctor!!!

Dr. Briceno is fantastic! I take my mom to her appointments and we barely have time to sit down before being called in. The doctor is very thorough and doesnt miss a thing. Really have never had the experience of some of the other reviews....
