Had an eye exam and bought glasses about 10 months ago. I felt from the start that the exam was somewhat rushed, especially one eye as compared to the other. The glasses came in earlier than promised but when I got them I wasnt comfortable with them but was told I just needed to get use to them. A month later I went back and explained how one lens did not seem right, specifically the one where I felt the exam was rushed. Again I was told I needed to get use to them and give it another couple of months. In the meantime the clip-on sun glasses that came with them were never adjusted properly and have now left many small abrasive scratch marks on my new lenses. I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years and I know how long it takes to get use to progressive lenses. These are the worse pair I have ever owned, second worse to the ones I got one time at JC Penney Optical shop. Even though my insurance covered all but a couple hundred dollars, this was a complete waste of time and money for me. Although many people I talk to say they swear by them and have never had any problems with them, for me, I will not likely go back for a revisit.

I just stopped in a few weeks ago because the arm on my eyeglasses that I got in California was broken. I was told that this model was discontinued, however, Mark was able to take them to his lab and find an acceptable replacement arm, the best part was, there was no charge!! My prescription was old & I was looking for a new doctor in the area so I booked an appointment with Dr. Larsen. I was able to get in to see him in just a few days and am so glad that I did. I have never had a doctor do as thorough an exam as he did. I wasnt thrilled to have my eyes dilated, but was more then amazed when he took the time to show me pictures that he took inside my eyes and to let me know that everything looked great. I ordered a new pair of glasses with progressive lenses called Varilux. I picked them up later that week and Im telling you, Ive never seen so well in my life !!!! The whole experience here was fantastic, Ill be back again for sure !

Wonderful experience. I made an appointment the same day. The Dr. did the most thorough exam I have ever had done. Gave me my prescription on the spot and the guy who helped me order my glasses wasnt pushy or trying to get me to buy the most expensive. He and my husband both helped pick out the pair I ordered. I am looking forward to getting them. Thanks!

The staff was accommodating to my needs. My 4 children needed glasses although I didnt get the exam don by him. We were able to get the glasses. I myself feel comfortable and its a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this office for all your vision needs.
