I went as a new patient and I highly recommend that if anyone is looking for an eye doctor in the area DO NOT GO HERE. The doctor wrote down my prescription wrong because his handwriting was poor. I ordered glasses with an incorrect prescription, and needless to say, it was a terrible pain to get them replaced. When I went back to the office to get the prescription fixed the doctor was rather rude and not at all sympathetic with the fact that he had made a very careless mistake. Also, they incorrectly charged me my copay and a couple months after going they sent me a bill for the remaining balance. All fine and good, except not even a week later they sent me the same bill with a handwritten message on the bottom "Copay balance. Please PAY." I agree with the other reviewer below. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I think this doctor looked more at my breasts than my actual eyes! Then when I did not like any frames from the limited selection, he walked away and took a new patient without saying a word to me. The office did not think I had a co-pay so they did not even take the time to look! After paying it months later when they billed me, they keep hounding me for it! I am completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism exhibited in just one visit.

I used to find dr tishler a kind man but on the phone when asking for my eyeglass prescription copy he appeared slightly rude with a weird attitude. I will never be going here again. This is not the first time i have had this encounter with him when asking for copies and reciepts of things.
