Ive been a patient of Dr. Rongs for more than a decade now. I even followed her from lenscrafters to her new new practice because she was so great. Having said that, one of her receptionists is extremely rude and disrespectful and makes the whole experience rather uncomfortable. A specific example..After I explained my insurance takes care of my co-pay, she refused to accept that and bullied me into paying cash, which I did in order to diffuse the situation. The same visit I wanted to get my prescription for glasses(not glasses themselves because they are far too expensive at an optometrist) and she refused to give me my prescription unless I purchased the glasses through them. She rolls her eyes right in your face and makes rude remarks with an awful tone. Ive been a patient of Dr. Rongs since I first needed glasses, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere now

I completely agree with the other reviewer "Jim". Dr. Bing Rong is extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. She always asks how I am doing, family, work, .... I like to go there just for that after a long day at work. Unfortunately, her receptionist is by far the worse and unprofessional. A few times, they made me feel uncomfortable there. I usually dont buy contact in the office after my eye exam. The price they offer is double what I pay for online, and I have to come back to the office and pick it up. Online order, the price is cheaper and the company sends straight to my house. It is very convenience. The receptionist usually makes it difficult or almost refuse to give me the prescription. It is a strange environment.

Dr. Rong was really great, super sweet and really helpful. However, her receptionist was really pushy and rude. she kinda bullied me into buying something out of my price range and was super sarcastic. She pulled up a chair and I asked, "Can I sit here?" and she said, "Well what do you think I moved it for?" She also wouldnt look away from her computer when I walked up and I had to wait for her to notice me. I wish I had read the reviews before going, the place is located really closely to my house but like I said, the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. Joanna if youre reading this, get an attitude adjustment, most of the negative reviews online are about you.

Went in to get my eyes checked I was early so I had the pleasure to have a fun conversation with Johena(sorry If im misspelling her name) but she was very sweet, we spoke about her cute turtle that she just got adopted. I really did appreciate the conversation because it was not like other offices you just sit and be bored while the miserable minutes kill you. Dr. Rong was very nice the exam went great. I also had Johena help me with my eyeglasses and she was very knowledgeable she knew what she was talking about and that made me very comfortable. I very much like her honesty and professionalism when it comes to her knowing her stuff.

I love the team here. They took care of me and my eyes. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Ive never met a crew more welcoming especially Dr. Bing Rong and Ms. Johena at the front desk. At first I was a bit nervous about going to someone new but as soon as I walked through the door Johena was there to welcome me and give some background information about the optometrist. That immediately put me at ease. Dr. Rong is very thorough with her work, which I truly appreciate and I did not feel rushed to choose my eye wear. She is an absolute gem. Thank you both for the work that you do!!!

I was in a few weeks ago for an eye exam and there was a new women at the desk, let me start with She likes to talk and she talks a lot. This is my first time seeing her there and it was not fun. She was helping someone with glasses and she just was to pushy . I had met another girl before this one who was very nice around May super cute i cant remember her name but Blond hair, big brown eyes very lovely. I hope she hasnt quit because thats just a loss for this company.

One of the headlined reviews was taken out of context. Saying "she rolls her eyes" and whatnot, but they were talking about a receptionist. This doctor is fantastic and polite. She found what other optometrists could not, my vision has never been better, and as shy as I am, I still remember the pleasant conversation with her. Having said that, I agree that the receptionist couldve been a bit friendlier. Fortunately, that was a small fraction of my visit.

I have been coming to Dr. Rongs office for years and she knows her stuff, Sandra the office manager was amazing as well, i had broken my glasses and needed a new pair of contacts and Sandra was super helpful got me my contacts right before my trip and helped me book my next appointment

Ive been going to her for years. Now my son and wife user her as well. Shes thorough, patient and great at what she does. Ive been wearing glasses since 1970 and shes one of, if not *the*, best doctor Ive had.
