I was asked to pay $30 for a service (rewiring of lens support) that cost $5 at the nearby Parrellis. The representative (Dave) told me that the rewiring would take all afternoon if not more and could break the frame. Parrellis fixed it on the spot. I wouldnt have canceled my order had the $30 price not sounded outrageous. When I was canceling my order, he tried to convince me that no one else in the area would do glass repair. Parrellis is practically next door. Dont let yourself be swindled by this guy. He tried to convince the customer before me that her sunglasses looked terrible on her (they seemed fine to me...)

This was my first time in for an eye exam I was a bit nervous. Dr Pena was great. He listened to my concerns and told me about everything he was checking during the exam. After the exam Beth and front staff were very helpful in not only finding a pair of glasses but also understanding my insurance benefits. Highly recommended for any eye needs.

Doctor wasnt available to help me fit contacts, was told I couldnt take the contacts I paid for because the fitting wasnt done, was hit with a massive charge for them anyway. Do not patronize these charlatans!

Eye Doctor was wonderful. However, the office admin staff did not have have lens or frames available for me, even though I was told prior my insurance would cover at least basic frames.
