I have not had a good experience with the Center For Eye Health. Had and exam and received a new prescription. Purchased glasses with the new prescription and received inferior glasses. I cannot use the new glasses and have tried to work with them to resolve the issue but they just give me the run around. I now have to find a new optometrist and have new glasses made somewhere else. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely no concern for peoples time...over two hours waiting..no update on wait time...the office closed 40 mins ago...still 3 patients ahead of me..no communication at all...feel like sheep!!! Time to find another doctor. Totally unprofessional. Patient sitting beside be has been waiting 4hrs...REALLY PEOPLE...And dont ask me to call receptionist to discuss your way over booking habits. No respect for peoples time.

Long wait time! I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes until I saw the Doctor! Not happy here and wont be returning! I asked the receptionist what is taking so long and now Im next! Office staff is friendly but the wait time is awful

Wife waited to make sure they used the correct new insurance card... watched them put in the system... passed it back to her and used the old number anyway... now cant get them on the phone.
