Poor experience. Ive ordered spare contacts I absolutely needed until I had my exam and they were never ordered but it was brushed off like it was nothing. I went to my exam and no one could give me a spare pair even though they were ready to be thrown away because the spare pair I asked to be ordered 2 weeks in advanced was in fact never ordered. Every time Ive gone their system seems to be down. The appointments feel rushed and I dont usually get to see the same Dr. so I have to basically repeat myself each time. I intend to switch offices.

Amazing doctors and amazing experience. They got me into an appointment immediately and I had my new glasses ordered in no time. The staff is very nice and this office is the only one I dont cringe going to for my yearly checkup.

I have had a great experience here. The Doctor has given me great care with my eye exams. The gentlemen at the front desk who helped me with my frames, insurance and payment was a caring professional.
