Ive gotten around 10 pairs of glasses here and they were clear that if I didnt love them, come back within the month and they would replace them. I was curious about progressives. They gave a detailed explanation of the different fields of vision, pros & cons, and encouraged me to try them and exchange them if I didnt like them. As I use glasses mainly for reading I didnt like the small area for reading, so feeling guilty, I brought them back. They were really nice and switched them for bifocals which I love! They have replaced 11 month old glasses that were scratched by my dropping and stepping on them. FOR FREE! Their prices are the best, selection fantastic, and I have never seen them be less than wonderful with anyone I love this place, dont believe anyone saying anything bad , Hours cant be beat, prices the best, staff are all friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service.This is my first pair of glasses which are progressives.The eye Dr mentioned different options but was not willing to explain the differences and what might work best. When dropping of glasses to be repaired due to a defect lens I mentioned it was difficult to see the computer screen, met with blank stare and gentlemen offered no options. Plenty of qualified places. Dont waste your time with unqualified staff who offer poor customer service.
