If you care for your pet do not go to this office,they will tell you anything to get your money. I was told my Dog had a heart murmur and that I would need to get an x ray that would cost $600. I did not like the Doctor from the moment I met him, so I said I wanted another Doctor to check him,come to find out NO my Dog has not a murmur. I was there for an ear infection and I had mentioned I wanted to join the wellness Plan....big mistake I did not know that the service was... I would never have joined. They did some shots and took some blood and that came to $963.84 Crazy I know and when I went to the desk they said now you have to pay $502 for the wellness plan.I also had to wait an hour even when I had an appointment for the other Doctor and she gave me the most expensive ear cream $65 later and the wellness so called deal I was out almost $600 This was no deal and if I could I would report them for fraud because that is what it felt like. I wish I had to have checked the reviews before I went.If you check Yelp it is all bad reviews and they almost killed one dog with the wrong dose.Stay clear of this office...

So disappointed with the attendance at the Framingham Banfield hospital. My dog had an appointment today, July 24, at 3:15 p.m. and I arrived on time and Miss Desiree (very rude) told me that the appointment was 3pm and if I wanted my dog would be taken to the back and I could not speak With the doctor. I gave proof for her with the email and the voice message from Banfield with the rigth time 3:15. Miss Desiree did not even apologize to me until I asked for her name. Banfield Hospital needs to better prepare their employees to serve the customers. If she was treating me like that in front of several customers, I can imagine how my dog would be treated far from me. I am very sad and disappointed with the bad care in this company today.

I highly recommend Dr. G and the staff here at his Banfield location. She is the most kind hearted and competent vet we have ever had take care of our pets! We were heartbroken when she left the Chelmsford location - yet we followed her to Framingham to ensure continuity of care. Her focus is on the health and well being of the animal (large or small). We will stay with her until she retires or moves to another state!
