THE MCDONALDS OF PETCARE! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE FOR PROFIT NOT PETS. I brought my 12 1/2 yr old dog in because she was having a hard time walking. I explicitly explained to them that I do not want any vaccines due to her age and complications they are very well known to cause. They said no problem. Still the dr tried talking me into doing it. Even after admitting it can cause complications in older dogs. I signed up for the wellness plan and they did blood work and couldnt tell me what was wrong. She said her white blood cells were high but couldnt tell me why and wanted to do 350 dollar xrays. Then again pitched me on vaccines. Then told me the wellness plan will not cover dental cleanings because she isnt vaccinated even though she knew that when she sold it to me. She sold me antibiotics for 70 dollars ( a 7 day supply which is astronomically high) and said she was very concerned about my do I told her i just paid them 200 and did not have 70 more dollars for a few days. All of a sudden she did not seem so concerned. I found it funny that they never called after to check on my dog, since she was soooo concerned. I got the money a few days later when I got paid and picked up the prescription. She did not even come out and ask how my dog is doing. It has now been over a week. No follow up call. I did get a call from animal control however because these people gave them my phone number because I refused the rabies shot. Never go here if you care about your pet. Its a warehouse not a hospital!

I always get an answer on the first ring when I call, and the vet and staff help me with any problems that come up with my puppy. They helped me with the basics, like training, grooming, dental care and what type of food is best. I pay monthly for a wellness plan that covers all my puppys preventative care, affordable and great for budgeting. The care is personalized and the staff are super informed, kind and helpful.

Horrible advertising you say your open at 7:00 am and call they say there open at 7:00 am but no one answers. Ill take my animal and my money elsewhere. Get with the world and correct your time like a normal business.

I brought my dog here. They are rude and could careless these are vets out of collage. They dont know a thing and just want to keep charging you. They suck I will never use them again.

All the staff are friendly and genuinely love the animals that go there! Wouldnt go anywhere else for our Rocco!
