We are so very lucky to have found Eye Care for Animals. Our Local vet directed us to Eye Care for Animals and Dr. Binder. Our Yorkshire developed cataracts in both eyes. She is a very small dog of only 3 pounds and became blind in both eyes.We had no idea what we were going to do or what could be done. Dr Binder and his staff are top notch professionals when it comes to your loved ones. He tells you like it is with no fluff. He told us exactly what he could do for our dog Athena and what we could expect in the way of results. It has been a long road in recovery for Athena, but has been a very successful one.We cant thank Dr. Binder enough for restoring the sight for Athena. She is able to see once again. Those of us fortunate enough to have pets in our lives who are unfortunate enough to have troubles with their eyes are very lucky to have Dr. Abrams care. His approach is highly professional, his manner kind and gentle, and his expertise unfailing. The veterinary staff, which is usually a caring and sensitive lot, are especially organized and responsive. Appointments are prompt, follow up is thorough and availability is never a question. This is a true gem of a resource for RI.

My family had an exceptional experience with Dr. Binder and the staff! Our dog needed ocular surgery, and Dr. Binder thoroughly explained our options in a professional yet caring manner. The staff was very welcoming and comforting. We did not have to wait around for anyone. The results of the surgery were perfect. We had done a lot of research on what to expect, and this practice went above and beyond. I very highly recommend this to anyone who needs care for their pets eyes.

Awesome place! Super friendly and compassionate staff. Dr. Binder took his time with us and made sure we understood all options. Usually you feel rushed at doctors offices so they can cram in the next patient but not the case here! We drove almost an hour to get here and had we known how wonderful they would be, we would have driven half way across the U.S.! Highly recommended!

Good, knowledgeable staff, but a tad expensive. We go here for checks every 6 months for my dog with glaucoma. They quoted me $2500 for a eunucleation surgery that my regular animal hospital vet quoted me $1000 for. For highly specialized procedures Im sure its absolutely worth it, and for diagnostics and treatment theyre great.

Kind and professional staff. Thorough exam to diagnose my dogs eye issue, which turned out to be something minor that could be resolved with medications. Staff demonstrate care for all animals and concern for being accurate with care and diagnosis.
