Terrible VET-Almost killed my pet who is now back to perfect health as a 16 year old Westie. I submitted a serious complaint against this office and specifically Veterinarian Shailey Devito ("VET"). I requested a refund and a corrective action response by July 1st, and in line with this VETs current negligence and disregard of concerns, no refund or action has been provided. Therefore I proceed with this complaint to ensure all animals are safe. Below is an excerpt of what I wrote- but in summary ---I DO NOT recommend this VET. Please save your animal and money and go to AVC in Manchester or Concord. Best decision I ever made. "After moving from Denver to New Hampshire my dog was very anxious and threw up blood. I brought him to your office (All Pets Veterinary 25 Riverside St, Nashua, NH 03062) and you all were kind enough to provide a medical examination. The VET was very nice, performed blood work, and stated that she believed his sickness was from the trauma of travelling or acute kidney/renal failure. Traumatized by the fact that my dog could be facing his last days if kidney failure, I accepted the diagnosis and treatment plan. The medication prescribed by the VET was the following: Probiotic sprinkles, ulcer medication, and nausea medication. All of this for a total charge of over $500.00 (minus the cost of his new flea and tick medication). I was shocked, however, when the VETs plan included medicine to treat his symptoms, and not any underlying cause, not to mention the pills were huge for a little dog that was feeling sick. Especially as I had already contacted my prior vet in Denver whom stated that a new VET would likely put him on an antibiotic. I asked your VET about an antibiotic and she said it wasnt necessary at this time, but that I could have my dog admitted for her to do even more "tests." As I am a lawyer and not a doctor, I trusted your VET and it almost killed my dog. Thankfully for my dogs life and my pocket book, I declined to have him admitted, but the story does not end here. When I got home, my dogs situation got worse. Despite having moved here for a new job, my first week of work was spent up all night with my dog and his nonstop diarrhea. Your receptionist called to check in once, and I told her my dogs symptoms now included diarrhea, she told me she would talk to the VET, but I NEVER heard back. Waiting for a follow up, three days passed and I still did not hear from the VET, so I called your office again. The receptionist stated she would have the VET call me. The VET NEVER CALLED THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. The next day I called again and was told that the VET was out of the office but prescribed a 4th medication for my dog, a diarrhea medication (still no antibiotic). . . I decided to take him to the Emergency VET- AVC Manchester (55 Carl Dr, Manchester, NH 03103). I am forever grateful that I trusted my instinct as it saved my dogs life. . . . AVC looked at your offices blood work, performed a physical inspection, a urine analysis and an analysis of fecal matter (all things that I told your VET I was ok with if necessary as I initially thought he ate something poisonous and that those tests would be required). AVC even gave me a pre- treatment cost quote, inclusive of the antibiotic and it was $149.00 for EVERYTHING! AVC advised ME to take my dog off all of the junk issued by your office and put him on an antibiotic. AVC was so incredible the vet even fed my little dog to make sure he had eaten before his pill. Absolutely the best service Ive ever had! Within EIGHT (8) HOURS, my dogs situation made a complete 180. He was eating, playing and his diarrhea subsided. Not only was he better, but both the vet and receptionist called me three times to follow up and make sure Caesar recovered. . . ." As of the date of this review (almost two months later) my dog is still in perfect health thanks to me going with my intuition and removing him from All Vets care.

To all readers PLEASE READ BETWEEN THE LINES WITH THIS PRACTICE! If your willing to empty ur life savings for tedious testing on ur animal then by all means add this place to ur bank account. I was sold a kitten back in December of 2015 from a family pet store here in Nashua, this poor lil kitten was sold to me with a bacterial infection and ear mites in both ears and a herniated umbilical cord unbeknownst to me. I have seen three different doctors for his ear infection with no cure until I brought my now 9month old cat to all pets animal hospital. Three weeks ago he was seen and treated for this ear infection at this practice. I paid for the visit and testing and treatment. At his follow up appointment I told them he is still shaking his head and scratching his ears. They took a cytology test again and finally took a blood sample. They did not tell me that I was being charged for another cytology test 36.00 dollars on top of blood work for additional 60.00 dollars not including a follow up visit charge. So let me break this down. They see my cat treat him, he goes in for FOLLOW UP, from first visit, they test him without saying I would b charged again, ears r NEGITIVE, lets run blood work for pre surgical neutering. Check out time and payment time. So Im being charged for having him tested the second time to see if their very own product worked the first time. I tried to disputed the cytology test knowing his blood work was far more important givin his medical condition when he was sold to me at first. So they decide to hold off on sending his blood out and rather charge me for a test I didnt agree to. I agreed to pay for blood test of 60.00 and not the cytology test and they still will not compromise knowing the test was negative. So I payed them a confirmation price for their product working at his follow up and they took his blood and wont send it out. Shady I tell u!! Whats more important here people. Blood work or cytology test that confirms their product worked the first time.

I took my cat for a routine annual checkup. However since then he has not been himself, he can barely walk. I am not sure what occurred on his checkup as the vet and vet tech took him into another room for his rabies vaccine. I have since taken him to another vet who informed me that older cats (my cat is close to 19 years old) do not need vaccines, as he and most cats his age living in a good home, are already vaccinated, AND my cat is an indoor cat. Basically they just want your money here and really dont care about whether your pet lives or dies. Thats how I feel. I am extremely upset as my cat has been deteriorating since I took him here. They informed me also that he has a heart murmur, arthritis and possibly renal disease. I already knew this but wanted to make sure it wasnt anything else. So the vet I now go to stated because he is a much older cat the vaccine may have contributed to his arthritis worsening. Plus, after charging me $688, they asked me if I wanted to schedule his teeth scraping and removal of his canine tooth as its not viable. I just want my cat to be as healthy as possible in his old age. Just please reconsider taking your beloved pet to All Pets. I will never go back.
