If I could give this place 0 stars I would have my dog was scratching so much and I called them because my vet was closed just to get an opinion and on the phone the doctor was telling me it was probably a skin infection and an ear infection she made it seem so serious and was acting surprised that I havent brought my dog in anywhere yet since it started happening a few days ago. I went in there and it was a total rip off the doctor was so rude and I told her that my,dog had an ear infection in the past but I told her I couldnt remember the name of it and she just looked at me and said well that doesnt help me at all does it. Well excuse me for not remembering about a name of ear drops since it happened 3 years ago. She was so incompassionate being very rough with my dog I was fuming inside then she said oh its just allergies after she proceeded to tell me on the phone it was a bad infection. Then they tried charging me for swabs done that I didnt even have done this place is just the worst place I have ever been too so rude theyre not compassionate just one word answers they didnt explain anything to me at all and they definitely are money hungry and will do absolutely anything they can to charge you more absolutely ridiculous this place, really urked me I cannot believe it

As always Sudha resolved my questions regarding the gait of my dog, Giovanni. He has a history of arthritis & his gait had depreciated in the last two (2) months. He also has nails that grow fast & tend to curl into his paw pads. She assessed his gait, trimmed his nails, ordered prn ( as needed) NSAIDS & relieved my worry that something more severe was going on with Gio. On a previous visit, for a skin infection there was total resolve by following her instructions. Sudha is continuously caring, & interested in not only your pets well being but the owner of the pet. In all my years of being a pet owner Sudha is the first Ive met whose priority was not abusing YOUR dollar. Susan M Militello, RN,BSN

Dr.McAroy is the most uncompassionate veterinarian I have ever met. They will take every penny they can from you by running unnecessary tests without your consent then just give you the bill. If you refuse and do speak up and refuse to consent to the tests I was told that “I should give my pet up for adoption”. I am sorry but my Dog is part of my family not just a pet and I could never just give her up! I will find a vet that truly cares about the animals they help that won’t nickel and dime u for every cent they can! Not to mention they lost my pets records. How convenient when I asked to have them they said they didn’t have them. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. They will misdiagnose your pet so they can milk money out of you and then refer you to a "specialist" who will charge almost $200 just to walk in the door! When asking what their policy is on refunding money because they clearly misdiagnosed not 1 but 2 of my animals Robin told me she was going to call the cops on me. What???? For asking what their policy is on refunding money for being wrong 2 times?! Never ever bringing my pets here again. Also they had promised a family memeber they woudlnt take payment until Thursday had the sign a paper and everything and then took the payment the same day anyway! Very unprofessional!!!

Dr. Komma and her staff provide comprehensive professional medical care for all of our three dogs. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to make certain we understand the diagnosis and treatment options at our visits. She is gentle and caring with the dogs as is her staff. At every visit we are confident that we have received the best care available in Hudson, N.H. The office hours are extensive and are convenient for working families. Dr. Komma returns calls promptly and shares a genuine interest in providing excellent care for our dogs. I highly recommend Lowell Road Veterinary Center!

Dr. Komma and her staff are caring and compassionate. Dr. Komma was very compassionate recently after I found out our beloved cat of 16 years had some health issues. I left this practice when Dr. McAroy, (who clearly did not like cats,) was very impatient with our family cat. I left this practice for Dr. Dans Acorn Veterinary Hospital. Sadly, Dr. Dan passed away. I was very relieved to know that Dr. McAroy left Lowell Road, and Dr. Komma had bought the practice. I highly recommend this practice if you are in need of veterinary care for your furry, feathered, or scaly family members.

My family and I have been bringing my pets to this facility since I was a young girl and Dr. Lawson was the owner. Dr. Komma is very knowledgeable and caring to my 2 year old dog and my 2- 4 year old cats. She understands the high cost of taking care of pets and does not jump to high cost procedures first, like other vets Ive experienced, unless there is no other alternative. The building is clean and the staff is friendly and personable. We are so happy Nicole has become a vet tech too! Keep up the amazing job Lowell Road Veterinary Center!

I took my Kitty Jasmine to Lowell Road Vet Center because I thought she had ear mites. It turned out to be an infection. They provided me with the meds to make her feel better and hands on instruction on how to use the medicine. The whole staff was super friendly and didnt push any unnecessary treatment. They gave me options, let me make the decisions and didnt make me feel bad about turning some of them down. This is where I will be taking Jazzy for regular check-ups and vaccines. Their office cat was even friendly!

Weve been bring our 2 cats here for over a year now, and I have nothing but great things to say about the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Komma has a wonderful approach to helping pets and their owners that minimizes stress on the animals and educates the owner on their pets needs and treatment. Her staff is super-friendly and accomodating, not mention helpful. These people "get it." I would highly recommend them to anyone thats new to the area with pets, or just looking for a good vet.

The doctor is new as of April, 2013, and it makes all the difference in the world. I will continue to bring my pets here. Dr. Komma saw my dog after a seizure and was very compassionate & knowledgeable, and suggested that we avoid unnecessary tests & treatments unless more basic treatments dont help. The rest of the staff was friendly and receptive. After visiting I felt informed about what my dog was going through, what to look for, and what our plan of action is going forward.

They have a good staff. Very friendly and professional. Ive been taking my feline master to her since Dr. Dan passed. Shes been very helpful, even going the extra mile of seeing my companion on short notice, then not charging me for the visit. I was very concerned and Dr. Komma assuaged my concerns. She was right and all was well. I would recommend Dr. Komma and the Lowell Road Veterinary Center for anyone looking for a good doctor for their four-footed friends.
