Dr. Baumel is outstanding. I wish I could give him 10 stars because he is worthy of that rating. He has been treating my children for the last 10 years and my wife and I have been thrilled with the care they have received. Appointments are on time and never rushed. Its easy for our kids to be seen when there is an emergency. The practice runs extremely well and the customer service is top notch. Dr. Baumel takes the time needed to properly evaluate our children at each visit and then to discuss various issues with us in a professional, non-threatening and friendly manner. He has a unique rapport with children and is well-suited for his profession. We drive from quite a distance to this practice but it has been well worth the trips. Thank-you Dr. Baumel and everyone at Framingham Pediatrics.

The doctors know what theyre talking about and will give your child great care, but the organization of their office could use some work. Three weeks to scan medical records for an urgent care transfer? For a child that isnt even two yet? They were unwilling to be accommodating and wont go out of their way for you or your kid. So if you expect excellent service, youre looking in the wrong place. As a note, their extended hours arent for working parents - theyre exclusively for sick children, so dont expect to be able to bring your child in for an exam unless you want to take the day off work. Single parents beware."
