First off the receptionists are completely rude. the waiting room look filthy and really old, and the wait was long. I was waiting for my childs appointment for 10am she didnt get seen until 11 by the nurse and around 11:30 Dr Bains finally came in to see her. when doing a physical she barley checks anything and when trying to describe a problem my child was having it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. Once i left the office it was a little after 12pm. All in all i would never recommend her for a physician.

First I believe that this doctor does not deserve even a piece of star. Mass health assigned me this pediatrician for my kids by an official letter, when I called to schedule an appointment I was shocked that the secretary told me in cold blood, sorry we are not accepting your insurance!!!! I called Mass Health about this issue and they called her and she insisted on her fault and they told her your name is still accepting new patient in their system!! She does not deserve her title . Dont try her ever .

I was going have my son seen by this doctor, but the front desk "Sandie" case manager told me that she will not see me because I dont have my sons medical paper from his old doctor, I called back and told "sandie" that I will be bringing the paper work, she said I will not see you - you called here way too many times. If you come here she said - she will have the security waiting and block my number ? What kind of Doctor will get new patients if "sandie" threatens to have me kicked out by a secuity .

I have been bringing my three children to Dr. Bains since each ones birth. My oldest is now 16. Dr. Bains is one of the finest and deeply caring physicians you could hope for. She does not take anything for chance and digs deep to ensure nothing is missed. She essentially save my sons life by quickly deciding that an area rash could possibly something more serious, which it was. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Bains is the first doctor Ive had; right from birth. Such a genuine and caring woman. I will always have the most respect for her. Shes one the reasons I am pursuing pediatrics.
