My daughter went to Dr. Epstein after having Dr. Horwitz, in Lowell, basically send her on her way with no diagnosis and no help after her blood tests didnt show any autoimmune disorders. Dr. Epstein listened openly to all her symptoms, did an exam and diagnosed her with fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis (she has had psoriasis for many years). He started her on some medication to help with her awful sleep and to (hopefully) help control her pain. I cannot tell you what it means to be heard and have your struggle validated. I will be switching to Merrimack Valley Rheumatology for my autoimmune issues.
