Pros: was able to get a same day appointment and Doctor Asceric and the tech, Danielle were personable. Cons: if you want a prescription for contacts they make you sign a paper at check in that says because providing a contact prescription is more work they will charge you an extra mystery fee of between $60 and $145 (mine was $90, even though they copied the exact prescription I came in with into a different brand, put them in without assistance or education, and required no adjustments) in addition to whatever your copay is if you have insurrance. The staff seemed to have an attitude that suggested I was cheap or unreasonable to find this surprise arbitrary fee unacceptable. I would absolutly not go back here. Do not recommend.

First visit. Dr was nice and was thorough. I was pretty frustrated the technician. He wouldnt give me my pupillary distance because of "liability issues". I spent $100 after insurance for my annual exam and contact fitting. I dont think its too much to ask to get my pupillary distance during my appointment. Im not sure if I will go here again next year.
