Rude unproffessional staff. Paperwork continuosly not filled out or half filled out. Was told when I went in by a very rude office worker that they couldnt fill it out the Dr had to. I wasnt asking them to I was showing them what was needed! In the end it was filled out (improperly) and obviously not by the Dr. The Dr would not have me lifting 70lbs with a fractured arm! Over all my experience with this place was not good. Do not recommend, there are other places with qualified Drs and proffesional office staff. I had no issue with the Drs, however their office staff is who people see and deal with for the majority of their time. They are rude, miserable and unproffesional!.

not very good. staff not clear on instructions. change insurance w/o letting you know. All up to you to learn their process. I have luck only needed to go to doctors twice not including physicals. They could have been a lot more helpful. Note, if you use the Westerly Location - all records go to Wakefield. So unless you have time to wait for snail mail even when you offer your own fedex number, you have to go there to pick up records. Not very happy overall. Bad experience and people who put process and money before patient health - no doubt about that. Another lets get as much money as fast as possible physician group.

A few days after the Urgent Care doc called in a referral for me to see someone at ORISC, I received a call from one of the most unhelpful and rude receptionist/office assistants I have ever had to speak with. Needless to say, Ill find another orthopedic group to treat my injury.
