Sent my son here 8 years ago after issues with gag reflex as a child. We trusted Mr. Demetriou as a dentist. Every visit was quick and if he had a cavity, he was done in 10 minutes. They front you with a happy staff, playful waiting room and free prizes. The reality is, BEWARE! I decided he was old enough to move to our family dentist. THANK GOD I did! My family dentist still has no idea what he filled his cavities with. Its almost like they were filled with bubble gum! The deterioration in the cavities he supposingly filled were so bad, he was borderline root canal on several teeth. All my fears came true and please folks dont go here! Im not sure what he practices, but its not dentistry 2017. Even when I used a different orthodontist, when his name was mentioned our current Orthodonist cringed, because he knew things. A dentist is not an amusement park, its real life and important you have your childs teeth taken care of correctly. Wish I knew 8 years ago. Judge yourself but dont forget what I have told you here.

Dr. Demetriou is amazing with my daughter, we started seeing Dr. Demetriou when she was one and now she is twelve. She has always been timid when it comes to the dentist. The staff has been great at calming her fears and making her feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything to her step by step so there are no surprises. She looks forward to coming here and so do I. There is never a wait, we are ALWAYS seen on time. Its great seeing the same faces each time we come here, there virtually seems to be no turn around with staff. This makes my daughter feel comfortable because she doesnt have to get get used to a new person each time she has an appointment. As far as the financial aspect, everything is submitted to the insurance prior to the visit so I know exactly what my out of pocket expense is prior to my visit. Overall great experience for the past 11 years! Keep up the great work :)

Parents!!..This is a Kind Caution...This place is awful. We had terrible time for my 2 kids as Dr. hardly smiles/speaks to kids/parents and staffs are very rude and attitude. My son had cavity filling, he suffered a lot with swelling etc., and treatment was like hell. There is no relationship with Dr and Kids/Patients as he doesnt spend even a minute to talk. I have been visiting for past 2 years and this is not one day experience. I felt like not speaking with humans in this clinic as they do treatment for stipulated time and no pre/post treatment suggestions and no affirm with Dr and Patient relationship. Clinic looks ok with clean ,except this there is no positive here.i would strongly think twice before consulting here.

Doctor demetriou and his staff are a great team and are great with regular dentist treatment however the braces they offer are not the best I know someone who has had them on for a year now and there teeth were not to bad to start with but they seem as if they havent moved and his friends who have gotten theres on from other places have had there braces for much less time and more bad teeth have had there teeth look perfect fast

Dr. Steve and his staff have always made my 3 boys feel comfortable going to the dentist - they are gentle, patient, and proficient. I also appreciate that the operations side of their business runs like a well-oiled machine.
