A Private User
After getting a busy signal on 11 straight phone calls when trying to get the office to send a prescription to CVS that they said they had sent over, I had to get a baby sitter for my sick 3 month old and my 2 other children to drive over there to find out what happened. The receptionists response was "Oh, we must have forgot" Seriously, think about it, when was the last time you got a busy signal calling anywhere? They are very outdated, with substandard office help. (We were also over billed for our BC/BS co-pays for which I had to fax over cancelled checks twice because they never entered the payments into the system. Needless to say my 3 children are no longer patients there.

Dr. Rachel is lovely - however, after moving out of state and obviously could no longer be a patient at the facility. I had to pay $45 to get my sons records transferred to another physician. Since he was premature and had some issues - I obviously had to pay the fee in order to get him proper care. Seems ridiculous to charge a person that much money just to email an infants records to a different facility in an entirely new state. The practice could use some help in deciding what is right/wrong in regards to medical records.

My children see Dr. Cohn. He always takes his time with us and answers all questions we have. Hes caring and thorough. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They will ask you reschedule if you are late just 10 minutes by accidentally and usually you have to wait for more than 10 minutes even 30 minutes!
