The staff is all very professional and friendly. The cleanings were gentle and thorough. I have anxiety about going to the dentist but The Dentist at Framingham is a best case scenario. Everything that is going to be done is described before hand, the whole staff is friendly, and it is obvious that my comfort level is very important. Dr. Chick has done a fantastic job and quickly repaired a tooth that had a filling pop out with no issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking excellent professional care. Coming in as a new patient was easy and everyone was very helpful in getting me situated. Would give a higher review if I could due to the exceptional service these people provide.

I have been going here for quite a while and always have a great experience. Every single one of the dentists are very friendly.. They remember you every time, they always ask how I have been and making me feel comfortable when I go in there. Just got my cleaning done today and it was great! The front desk receptionist is also great to talk to and very friendly! They just painted the inside and updated the carpeting and the front desk and it looks great in there! Everything is clean and so arent the rooms when youre getting a cleaning done! I highly recommend going here, as my whole family goes here and we really enjoy it! - Chelsea

The Dentist at Framingham has kind, compassionate staff who always treat my family and me like appreciated customers. A friend referred me here 5 years ago when I first moved to Framingham and Ive never encountered a more friendly dentist environment. Even as an adult, going to the dentist still makes me nervous, but everyone who works there, especially Barbara, Mari and Brittany, put me at ease. Thank you for being the best dentist in Framingham!

After reading other reviews I decided to give The Dentist at Framingham a try and I am very glad I did! Service is excellent. They make you feel very comfortable. I usually hate going to the dentist because they make you feel bad if you have a cavity or other problem. Here they just view it as a part of life - they fix it, give you proper cleaning tips, and send you on your way. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

My wife and I have been patients of this office for more than 30 years. Dr. Huot was a gentleman and friend. His work was stellar and was always there for any issue. He will be greatly missed. Dr. Chick , Im told, was hand selected to work along side Dr. Huot. Already I can tell that Dr. Huot was right and Im sure that the service and excellence with continue. Thanks for being the best! I have had 3 other dentists over my lifetime and so far Dr. Chick and her staff have been by far the best. I would highly recommend them. The hygienist Monika does excellent work and the office Manager Barbara is so well organized and makes everything so effortless on my end. Everyone there I met has such a positive attitude and is a real pleasure to be around.

Been going to this office for years and years. The staff is amazing, personable and friendly but most of all helpful. Its a very nice waiting room but rarely do I wait unless I show up early. The dentist is well trained and leverages high tech dentist tools and procedures and equipment that makes each visit easy. I highly recommend!

Im a new patient to this office and I have to say it was a great experience. I was nervous coming in to a new office but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. My hygienists was very gentle when I had my teeth cleaned and Im excited to go back to have my teeth whitened. I highly recommend Dr Chick and her team.

The entire team is very friendly , professional and considerate. Recently they were able to repair a broken tooth for me on an emergency basis. I greatly appreciate the willingness of the staff to accommodate me so quickly and to fix me up with minimum fuss! I highly recommend them!
