I just walked out of an appointment at Access Dental Care because of the unprofessional sales oriented attack. I had a dentist for 20 years who took great care of me and my teeth. The only reason I left her was because my insurance changed. I cant afford to pay for my dental bills on my own. Access seemed so nice and easy. My first visit and cleaning was great and they treated me so kindly. Then they said I needed a "deep cleaning". OK...I agreed since I thought it was neccessary (my former dentist never tried to "upsell" me so I wasnt prepared) and I made an appt. Today I was told that I also had to make another appt for the other side. I was visibly upset so they told me I could do both sides in one day. Of course I would still have to pay for both sides. So now I have to have this "extra cleaning" which apparently they couldnt cover in a regular cleaning (like my former dentist always did) and I have to get charged double!!! I questioned the doctor and said I didnt feel comfortable being a "cash cow" for thier business and I thought I should go elsewhere. She agreed and I walked out. I am done with Access Dental and plan to inform everyone I meet about thier tactics. I am a very unhappy former customer....YES....customer....NOT patient. They are a money making business only.

To Taraneh Tabatabaie who ever you are, please re-check your records. I went in for a CONSULTATION for a small gap between my bottom and top teeth. NEVER came to you guys with any discomfort, my teeth are perfect in that area. ALSO, the dentist I saw was a female so again another major lie by this dentist office. I am so appalled about the unprofessionalism going on. Worst place ever. I did not feel like they had their best interest in me, it was all about them and making sales. SALES SALES SALES! The dentist was trying so hard to sell me some veneers. Went in for a consultation for some bonding on one of my tooth and came out being told I have some sort of jaw displacement and said I needed veneers. They were adamant about me sitting with their sales rep. I received an email from the sales rep asking if I was still coming in to get some expensive impressions of my teeth, when I politely stated I will not, he never wrote back! Just goes to show its all about sales! Worst place ever.

I picked this office because they had an informative website and seemed to be very experienced. Unfortunately they are extremely sales oriented which is not what I am looking for in a dentist. Before both of my appointments I was forced to meet with their full time sales staff, who tried to guilt trip me into getting over 3K worth of veneers - for a tiny chip on my front tooth! Ridiculous and unnecessary - my parents didnt spend thousands of dollars on braces so that I could have nice teeth (which I do) only to have them covered up with veneers because of a tiny, and Im talking less than a millimeter, sized chip. When I said I wanted to think about it they pressured me into making an appointment anyway. I left feeling disgusted, and called the next day to have my records transferred to another dentist. I do NOT recommend them if you just want basic dental care like a cleaning, fillings, etc. because they will try to sell you cosmetic procedures whether you need them or not.

Just had my teeth cleaned today by Vanessa. It was far the best experience I ever had. She was so awesome and made the experience painless. Both doctors who I met at my last appointment were so kind and listened carefully. All of the dental hygienists are super cool to be around with. The place looks fabulous inside and everything is well cleaned and maintained. When I walk out of that place, not only do I have a fresh breath, but I actually feel very happy knowing my teeth are being treated properly and that the staff is awesome. They understand that some patients are afraid of dental cleaning, but if you go to this place, its a whole different feeling. You actually want to come back for another round of cleaning. Its that good service that brings you back. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at Access Dental Care was amazing, from my first visit all the way to now! Dr. T and Dr. John took the time to review my x-rays and Shannon gave me a GREAT cleaning! They fixed my main problem that I have always been self-conscious of, which was my crooked teeth. I decided to do the invisalign, it was awesome!! I have been in the invisalign trays for a few months now, and the process is so easy. All the staff at Access Dental Care, take very good care of you, and Now I can smile again!!! I have the perfect teeth I have always wanted, and i will have a beautiful smile at my wedding. I would definitely recommend Access Dental to anyone!!!!!!

The first time I went in and had an x-ray and then they refused to do a cleaning at the same time. I agreed to have fillings that I didnt believe I needed because they told me that it would be 100% covered by insurance. I am not satisfied with the fillings and I was not satisfied with the cleaning they did after doing the fillings. I then go a bill for $180 in the mail and when I inquired, I was told that they misread my insurance policy and misquoted me. Despite the fact that Access Dental told me it was their fault and that it was not a surprise from the insurance company, I am still responsible for the extra charges. I will not be going back.

Myself, my wife and our children have all gone here for the past few years. They are extremely nice and educated. They do take a long term approach for their patients well being, which may result in some feeling it is more sales than preventive care, but after years of service - I have never had an issue with this. If there is something I did not want, I stated so and it was never brought up again. The staff is amazing, I have not had such great care in such a long time. Both Dr. T and Dr. John are hands on and see every patient. Their staff of hygienists are extremely kind and gentle. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to all.

Went there a short time. They insisted on redoing my whole mouth when I just have a couple broken back teeth & needed whitning. My teeth are straight so I dont know why they wanted to do so much work when I only had a few problems. They wanted to make my front tooth whiter because I complained about it being dingy so they bonded it...it fell out during dinner the same day! They did see me the next morning but it was going to cost out of pocket money to fix it! I left, needless to say. But they do like to encourage costly procedures that usually you dont need.
