Dr. Fried and his staff are great! They are very welcoming and treat all their patients like family. The office looks great after renovations and has a very warm and inviting feel. Dr Fried helped straighten my teeth and widen my pallet via invisilign...it was a pleasure going in to the office every month or so and the outcome was beautiful...better than i could have hoped for! Susan Piaget is hands down the BEST hygienist ive ever had. She does a fantastic job with the cleaning but also always does her best to make me feel comfortable and truly cares about not only the health of my gums and teeth but also as an overall. She praises me for what I do well and provides great tips and tricks to get better. She is passionate about what she does and that comes through in her superior services. Even though i have moved farther away I will continue to travel to Dr Frieds office in Framingham for my dentisty needs. Great dentists and hygienists are hard to find! Look no further.

Dr. Julie Werman is an outstanding, thorough, dedicated dentist. She will put you at ease with her gentle, calm manner, brilliant smile, professional, yet personal demeanor. She is a patient listener. While you are in her chair, you are the center of the universe. All your issues are addressed, as you are her total focus. The office waiting room, and bathroom, are artistically and beautifully decorated. Everything is spotless and shinning. Dr. Werman is an incredible dentist and wonderful person. I have had many different dentists over my lifetime and can sincerely say, Dr. Werman is leaps and bounds above any other dentist. I drive an hour to have her as my dentist, and can say she is absolutely worth it. I recommend Dr. Julie Werman as the best dentist ever!

Ive been a patient here for more than 8 years and have had nothing but good experiences (with cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign). All of the hygienists are personable and professional and do a wonderful job. I especially enjoy seeing Susan, who shares my love of travel and tells great stories while Im stuck getting my teeth cleaned! Holli is also a pleasure to talk to. Id also recommend Dr. Fried and Dr. Werman. I appreciate that they tell me what theyre doing and explain in an understandable way. The billing staff has also been patient during those times when my insurance company was taking awhile to process a claim.

I believe I first went to see Dr. Fried over 20 years ago and have been a regular patient since. He and his staff provide excellent care and are up to date with the latest technology in dental health. I have seen very little turnover among his staff and clearly it is a wonderful environment to work in. They are very flexible with their scheduling which makes it easy for me to work around my schedule. Ive since moved away but havent considered for a minute looking for a dentist in my local area . . . its worth the drive to use their services.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, until I found this office. Ill admit, it still is not my favorite day of the year, but the calm vibe of the office, quality care, and gentle dentistry have made the dentist just another chore rather than the dreaded chore it used to be. My whole family are clients and see both Dr. Fried and Dr. Werman. They, and the hygenists, are both great with the kids as well as us (the adults). I also love that there has been consistent office staff and consistency with hygenists. Highly recommend!

This is a great practice! I havent been to the dentist in longer than Id like to admit, so I was a little afraid to go into a new place. When Tina answered the phone, I knew Id love it here. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, and really know what they are doing (as should be expected). Susan cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. I cannot stop smiling! For the first time in my life, I can honestly say, Im excited for my next dentist appointment! Long story short, everyone should come here!

I saw Dr. Werman for my dental exam and I was blown away. She was so thorough and really made me feel like I was her only patient, though it was obvious she was very busy. The office is immaculate, clean and the staff are so friendly. She found I had a cavity, and was able to fill it for me right at that moment to save me a second visit. She was approachable, kind and professional. I am so thankful I joined this practice and am confident I will be a patient here for years to come!

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. Dr. Fried and staff make it enjoyable, friendly and painless. Dr. Julie takes great care of me and the hygienists always have the best chair side manner with product goodie bags that keep me smiling bright. Glad I found them 10 years ago. Have had a couple "right now!" visits over the years and feel very well cared for. Insurance issues were resolved in a timely manner. Great practice! Book your appointment!

My daughter and I both enjoy going to Dr. Frieds office and have been patients there for about 12 years. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming! The hygienists are very gentle, kind and always make our teeth look great. The office staff, hygienists and doctors work as a team to take care of each patient and make sure each patient gets all of their needs met. I highly recommend going to Dr. Frieds office for all the dental needs of you and your family.

Just had my first appt! Everyone was so nice and accommodating from the first call through the whole appointment. They encouraged me to bring my two year old and let her sit by me while they did everything so she could learn all about the dentist before her first cleaning. My hygienist did a thorough but gentle job. Dr. Fried is easy to talk to and easygoing. Hes been practicing in Framingham for 30 years. Highly recommended!

Dr. Fried and his staff are terrific! Everyone is friendly and helpful, appointments are nearly always on time, and they do great work. For me, the icing on the cake is the ability to be seen in the evening two nights a week so I dont have to leave work in the middle of the day. Ive had other very good dental care, but I switched based on a friends recommendation and now I wouldnt dream of leaving this team. Theyre the best!

Overall I would say that I have had a positive experience here. Not only is the staff friendly and willing to answer questions at any given time, but they also go out of their way to explain why flossing, brushing, and cleaning are so important. They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that any questions or concerns are attended to. I always learn something new at Dr. Frieds Office.

This is an excellent dental practice. Ive been a customer for over 5 years, and Ive never regretted it. I even had an implant done, and Im quite happy with the result. I also had them make a replacement for my bottom retainer, and it works fine. The staff are really friendly and extremely competent. No shaming or attitude problems. Just good advice and respect for good customers.
