My family has been seeing Dr Bender and his staff for a few years now. Dr Bender is always courteous, great chairside manner and extremely adept at making sure we are comfortable (feel no pain). He has performed two root canals and crowns for me, one for my husband as well. We experienced No pain, were given detailed explanations from the front desk as to dental coverage and patient portion. He and his staff took care of every detail, we knew exactly what was expected. Dr Bender also saved our youngest sons front teeth. Our son was away at college and had an accident in the swimming pool, chipped two front teeth. Within 24 hours our son was at Dr Benders and repaired! Our son felt no pain and looks great. Of course detailed instructions on care were administered about what is allowed to be chewed and what is not... this will prevent the repair from being damaged. Our son does exactly as Dr Bender instructs and 2 years later, no issues. Our son knows that the repair is not stainless steel (cute sarcasm) and knows that he cannot bite down on very hard candies or chew pen caps(which he doesnt do anyway) because the repair can only withstand so much pressure and torque. With proper care the new repair will last a lifetime. We are thankful to Dr Bender and his staff. They have always taken great care of my family. Each person has been courteous, helpful and empathetic when we need it most! We shall continue to visit this practice. They have the latest equipment - have you ever had a SONIC CLEANING? AMAZING! We learned, recently, that crowns can now be done in one visit- again FANTASTIC! Thank you Dr Bender and staff for taking excellent care of my family.

Good experience until I had a $4000.00 porcelain bridge made and it was supposed to be better than the plastic ones. Within 2yrs one tooth cracked and broke off. They asked how I chew food and instructed me do"s and donts! What they told me I was already doing then they said i would have to have another one made!! I asked girl at front desk if they can do something to help and she said; no sorry. It would cost another $1200 just to repair the one broken tooth. I spent a lot of money there before this work and just walked out talking to myself!! ok for cleanings but lousy customer service! Wont see me again.

The staff was very nice and got me in quickly. The hygienist, Sue was very professional and took good care of my mouth (and I am a real baby at the dentist office). Dr Politelli gave me a concise diagnosis and a real plan of action. Im really happy and glad that I found them. 2nd Visit with fillings. No pain, great treatment. Dr Politelli identified a problem that my last dentist missed which has been causing me problems for months. These guys are great:)

Todays visit was exceptionally pleasant. Definitely better than previous times. The hygienist that brought me into the room was very polite and made everything much easier by explaining to me everything that was going to be done during the visit. She also checked in on my daughter that was in an appointment at the same time that I was and for that I thank her for my child comfortable. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Made appointment months ago and the day before they called me to ask what I have for health coverage and then said they do not take my coverage, as I had waited months for this appointment, my two boys are left without seeing a dentist. I find this very unprofessional as they had texted me at least five times prior to appointment to confirm and never asked me for my health coverage.

No one likes to have a tooth pulled and as a new patient, I wasnt sure what to expect. Dr. Bender, his assistant, and the office staff were all so professional and friendly. I was told I would feel no pain, just pressure, and that was exactly the case. I will be getting all my dental care with this practice in the future.
