I would make every effort to stay away from here.. Basically my story goes as follows.. I went into to Aspen in Hanover for a basic checkup. I was told I needed two fillings.. I returned over the next two days to have the work done. First one was a success. The second one, well not quite. I was seen by a shaky women who was clearly right out of dental school. While they were doing my filling the dentist and the hygienist were talk bad about the regular dentist who had called in sick. I would soon realize why.. While during the filling the women clearly did not not fully what she was doing. The tool for the drill broke off in my mouth. Well she got her way through it, I went home and awaited the novacane to wear off. The next day I wake up and go to eat my breakfast and experienced the most awful pain while chewing.. I waited a few days, assuming it was normal.. It did not go away.. I called the office and set up a appointment to be seen. I called the office that day to confirm the time of my apt. and was told they were closing early today. I complained that I was in a lot of pain and would not accept waiting another day, as I had already setup an apt. and rearranged my entire schedule to make it there for some relief. They waited for me and as I walked in you could just fell the tension from everyone. Like I was a huge inconvenience to them all. As I am seen by the detist after getting xrays done, she is complaining that she has a cold and needs to go home, and asked if I could come back.. I refused as I am in a ton of pain and my work schedule does not allow me to make it during their business hours. She re did the filling.. I go home and the next day, SAME pain as before while chewing followed with intense sensitivity. I cannot even drink a cold glass of water without experiencing pain. I call back and they see me the following day. They too an xray and was told there is nothing wrong and they could not do anything for me. I mean serious? I left and waited a few days for the pain to just go away as they said it would.. It never did.. I went to another reputable local dentist who told me the fillings were never done correctly, he re did them and now I am 100% pain free finally.. The kicker of it all is that now they have sent me bill for $145.60 claiming the fillings were not completely covered.. I called my insurance company who disagrees, they are following up with ASPEN to find out what the deal is.. That is my horrible experience with Aspen Dental Hanover.. Keep clear if you want the super cuts of dental work done..

The staff is absolutely amazing from The Dentist to the techs assistants office staff and office manager .Not only did i go in on a limited time schedule they were able to accommodate my needs .Having a rare genetic degenerative disorder is hard and not to many Dentists have explained the implants or the steps or even care of long term side effects.They were able to help us finance a dental credit card that same day i went in for a consult and than went above and beyond knowing i was on a time limit to start casting molds and saw me the next day for a wax bite.They were able to pick up on previous mistakes by my old retired Dentist.I am so pleased I couldnt hug or thank them enough being a young woman your amile around the holidays is a huge necessity for anyone.I am so very thankful I took a chance and went here on a friends recommendation I dont think anyone else has ever taken time to look at before pictures of my smile tobe sure they make everything as it was! Id recommend comming here they are kind supportive and helpful and will go through each and every step with you and they make sure to answer any and all questions.Everywhere I called told me it would take weeks Aspen Dental got me in and started right away on dental molds and the first visit and xrays are free if you go anywhere go here first they are above and beyond anywhere else.

Very disappointing customer service. I had an appointment at Aspen Dental-Hanover that I was 20 minutes late to on account of traffic from a fatal accident in the area(well known to be causing issues for everyone). I apologized for being late and naturally accepted the possibility that I would not have a chance to be seen. Their front desk staff however said that I could still be seen, but that I would have to wait. An hour and a half later, I was informed that I would in fact NOT be seen, that I "should have been there on time", and that Id have to reschedule for another day. The extremely rude dismissal and attitude was the most bothersome part of it all. I cant rank their actual dentists because I never made it that far, but their customer service staff was jaw-droppingly rude, condescending, and highly insconsiderate.

I cant say enough about everyone at the Hanover Aspen Dental. They went above and beyond what I expected, spelling everything out for me, answering all my questions. Dr. Saleem was professional, reassuring and extremely nice, putting me at ease, as were the assistants, Andrea and Tammy. My new dentures brought tears to my eyes as they improved my smile so much, thanks to Lab Tech Bonnie who is an "artisan" that made teeth that not only didnt look fake but were proportionate to my small face, and they are only my temporary ones! I would recommend Aspen Dental in Hanover to everyone looking for dentures, obviously it makes a difference having the right people, and those people are at the Hanover office. Everyone was outstanding.

I went in on an emergency basis with a broken tooth. I ended up learning that I needed a bunch of work done but due to my pregnancy (and lack of $) I could only do bare minimum. The staff was very helpful answering my questions and calming my nerves about having procedure, especially while pregnant. I received a build-up and crown. Dr. Sagar was very nice, making sure I wasnt feeling pain, and her assistant was fantastic; very personable and helpful, doing the fitting and cementing herself. My initial visit & x-rays were also a great experience as the tech was very nice. Overall very good experience, I will be going back two more times in next 2 weeks and feel confident in their work.

I need a new set of Dentures so I went to Aspen Dental the first day they looked at my gums and had me rinse my mouth out with salt water for a week the next visit they took impressions of my gums and there was no sloppy stuff going down the back of my throat the third visit I came in the wax impressions of my teeth with made and they fit them in my mouth and it was no problem 4 days late and when I went in my teeth were ready they put them in it was no pain no rough spots everything fit perfectly I have had 5 set of dentures in my life and this was the first time that when they were made they fit correctly if you want Dentures this is the only place to go Hanover Mass Aspen Dental
