Dr. Burns and his staff provide excellent dental care. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great system that sends you email reminders as your appointment approaches. I love going in for cleanings with my favorite dental hygienist. Honestly, we just talk and catch up the whole time. I love it. These people truly go the extra mile for you. Theyve helped my with same day emergency appointments for unexpected problems. The receptionist, Susan, seems to know everything. I initially came to the office with a Groupon package for X-rays, Exam, and a Cleaning and she filed my initial cleaning with my dental insurance saving my groupon for a later use. I later lost my dental covering and they have gone to great lengths to make sure everything was affordable for me. I have had other dentists before I moved to Hull, but none rivaled this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Burns, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

After not having been to the dentist in years out of fear from previous experiences, I was terrified of returning to the dentist. My experience this morning, however, helped put me at ease. The office was very welcoming, and everyone was very nice and understanding. Dr. Burns is very thorough and explains everything so you understand. He listens and takes concerns into consideration. I left the office feeling very relieved and not at all fearful of my upcoming procedures. Ive now been going to Dr. Burns for two years, and I still continue to be blown away by him and his staff. For the first time ever, Im not fearful of appointments.

I have been going to see Dr. Burns and his staff for almost 2 years now, and I can say that they do amazing work and Im glad that I found them. Ive seen Dr. Burns for different dental issues and he constantly ensures that you are comfortable while he does the work. He also makes sure that you are comfortable with what he is doing and that you like the end result. He is by far the best dentist that I have seen. Shauna is my dental hygienist and she is meticulous and listens to your concerns. I always leave my appointments with Shauna happy because my teeth look and feel so amazing! While I have lived out of the Massachusetts area for 7 years, currently in San Diego, CA, I continue to schedule my appointments for when I am visiting family in Hingham/Cohasset because I have tried seeing dentists in other parts of the country and they just dont compare. I have been going to Dr. burns for over 25 years. During that time I have received excellent dental care. All procedures have been explained clearly beforehand as have all payment options. The staff is excellent, the office spotless, and the equipment is always kept up to date. Recently I had a major problem one day before leaving for a trip. Dr. Burns squeezed me in fixed the problem for which I am very grateful !! I highly recommend Dr. burns and his staff. Tom Fisher, As usual I received friendly expert service. I am a new patient - came in with a broken tooth and treated as if I had been there forever. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Burns was so nice considering he didnt know if he was just going to fix my broken tooth or become a patient. The way I was treated made me decide this is the doctor an office for me (especially if your past experiences have not been good) the staff and dr. burns make you feel like your his only patient. If you are like me and are not comfortable going to the dentist this is the place to go.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Burns office for many years and we cant imagine going anywhere else. The office is immaculate and the staff is outstanding. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist. Im not sure why, because every experience ( including root canals and crowns) I have had at the office has been relaxing and pain-free! Who knew teeth can break? When a piece of one of mine disappeared, Dr. Burnss staff got me right into the office and he and Emily had the problem solved with a filling in record time - I couldnt have been there more than fifteen minutes.
