Just moved to Boston from Louisiana this past December and needed a dentist due to an emergency. Upon recommendations here and Yelp, I chose Dr. Epstein (plus they take MetLife - be aware Military Spouses!). Linda took my appointment and she was charming. When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted by Ketsala. She is so sweet, patient and gentle. She told me Dr. Joseph would be in soon and within seconds Dr. Joseph appeared! Dr. Emily Joseph is so down to earth, funny and thorough. She is also a brilliant dentist and the office is very lucky to have her on staff (you can tell just listening to her how intelligent she is). I would recommend this office to anyone without hesitation and Im so glad I found a wonderful dentist. Thanks so much to everyone on staff and especially Emily! I had NO pain after my experience....how wonderful is that? :)

Dr. Jay Epstein is my superhero! When I first saw him, I was basically toothless save for six teeth glued onto three short stubbly teeth in the front. I had seen several dentists in the Atlanta, Ga area and was told i had nothing to work from. Bones and ridges were gone completely from the bottom and I had a large overgrowth of bone on the top. It took awhile. It wasnt overnight, but bit by bit Dr. Epstein plodded through each visit. He was so patient and kind. His hands were gentle and I felt like each tooth was place with compassion, care and professional expertise. I feel beautiful. Thanks so much dr. Jay, carol and team. I love you all. I have to agree with Katerina. I have been going to this office since Ive had teeth, when it started with Dr. Garber. I am now 47 and still going there even though Ive moved 35 miles away. Its definitely worth the trip. Cheryl is my hygenist and also a childhood friend. We always catch up on our lives every 6 months. :) Dr. Wrenn is also great. I thankfully have healthy teeth, so I dont get to associate with Dr. Epstein too much, but the times that I have, hes also been great. In fact, the whole office is very nice. I will be going to them as long as theyre around (unless I move so far I need to take a plane)! LOL! I always say, if it aint broke, dont fix it! :) See you soon!

Nothing but good things to say about this office. First and foremost, I always hated going to the Dentist. This specific office made me change my mind altogether, their kind, friendly, caring, and honest attitudes put me at ease every visit. Cheryl is my absolute favorite, she always gives me a thorough cleaning and talks to me as if weve been friends for years. I will remain faithful to this office as long as I can because I have no reason to go elsewhere. Also, they are extremely clean and I never have to worry about the cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. Best of Lynn, please keep up the good work :D

Shout out to the absolute best office ever- especially to my homegirl Joy for cleaning my teeth. But in all seriousness- every person who works here is great. They know you, they are great with the new texting service, which as a full time student who cant always answer my phone is beyond helpful, and they make sure that I get into the office when I am up north as I currently live in South Carolina. I wont switch dentists because they are just that good. As someone who is not a fan of dentist appointments, the staff makes me feel comfortable, they follow up with you, and are amazing. I cant stop raving about them.

Everybody that works here is very friendly, professional and welcoming! I have major "dentist anxiety" and Dr. Wrenn is very calm and soothing. I love that she explains everything to you as shes doing it, and is concerned about your comfort and well being during appointments, and after! I received two follow up calls on consecutive days after having a minor procedure, making sure I was not in any pain. This is not the kind of care you receive just anywhere! I HIGHLY recommend this dental office for all ages!

Hands down the best dentist office Ive ever been to. The entire staff is so sweet and helpful. You never (ever) have to wait a crazy amount of time to be seen. Just such a nice and relaxing experience and this is coming from someone who used to dread going to the dentist at all. Dr. Epstein and his team have such a delicate and magical touch, the office is so airy and light and the vibe is so super chill I could not recommend Dr Epstein’s office more! Such an incredible experience every single time.

Originally was going to give 4 stars because the appointment was so long, but thats my fault. I havent been to a dental office in 3-5 years! They made everything feel comfortable before and after the exam. Talked me through the exam showed me what they needed to do talked to me about my cavities and even pointed me in the right direction for a dr consult to have my wisdom teeth removed. 100% best experience Ive had in a long long time at a dental office. I would recommend to anyone!

The best!! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing dentist. Always a great experience. Also want to mention his staff is Top Notch. I can honestly say Dr. Epstein and his staff go above and beyond. I moved to Boston and made a mistake to change dentists with the move. That was short lived. Im back with Jay and his staff and couldnt be happier. I appreciate his knowledge and care and the attention his staff gives.

Jay Epstein and his team are excellent. They provide prompt, skilled dental care. Dr Epstein follows up with care in emergencies, even weekends and evenings. He refers/works with dental specialists when necessary. The office is cheery, clean and comfortable. The office staff is responsive and professional.
