Completely unprofessional! Ive been going here for years without a single issue, Im not sure what happened in the last year or so but I will never come back here again and I would strongly recommend looking for dental work elsewhere. I had a cracked filling that was causing pain so I went to have it filled, I came to find out that they fixed the broken filling like they were supposed to but they also filled another tooth that had a cavity without even telling me or asking if I would be okay paying the extra cost of the other tooth. I have health and dental insurance through my wifes employer. I have blue cross insurance so its not the cheapest. A week after my visit I got a call from the office and "Kathy" left an extremely rude message telling me my insurance was denied and I had to call and pay the balance out of pocket. (Almost $800!) Knowing very well that I had health AND dental insurance I called the insurance company to ask why it was denied and they told they havent received a claim in over two years and they said in order to pay a claim out they had to first bill the health insurance part of the company and then they kick it out to the dental to have it taken care of. I called the office back and "Kathy" was the one to answer. I told her that the insurance company didnt receive a claim and it had to be billed to the health company first. She then told me that "they only bill dental companies" and I would have to figure it out myself or pay for the full cost of the appointment. My wife called the insurance company and was informed that in their contract it is known that they have to bill the health insurance company first and they cant just refuse to bill it. The insurance company said they would give the office a call to let them know that by law in their contract they had to bill it. When they called "Kathy" was unavailable to speak to them! Ive never dealt with a business as shady as this! I would highly recommend going anywhere but here to have dental work done. As for my wife and I, we will be taking our money elsewhere. Update: 3/7/17 - i highly recommend getting a second opinion before having any work done. Family dental told me I had 8 cavities left to fill. After finding a new dentist and after extensive X-rays, I was told that I only had 4 cavities! Apparently filling teeth that dont have cavities is okay with family dental! Seriously shady practices going on here. Its only a matter of time till someone takes legal action.

Place is terrible! They actually screwed up my two teeth more. I needed 2 cavitys filled...one refilled due to a missed cavity. Went to my familys dentist (a bit more expensive but worth every penny) and he explained that this dentist left decay under the fillings! So after getting both refilled (now deep cavitys) there is a chance I need 2 root canals do to the damage from what started off as 2 very small cavitys. Looking for dentist work...look somewhere else.

Very friendly and accommodating. Called on a Monday and explained how I had a broken tooth and was leaving on a trip that Friday. They were able to give me an exam the next day, and fixed my tooth on Wednesday. I very much appreciate their service, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new dentist. Thank you!

I had changed from a Lawrence dentist office cuz the were terrible so when I walked in here I was so surprised. Service was amazing they called me in within 5 mins of waiting or prob less they did what they had to do and I was out quicker than expected.

Place is awful, dirty and cleaning lasts 5 minutes. They come up with a treatment plan of all work you do not need. Dont waste your time, remember you get what you paid for and this is not worth paying for at all. Rip off.
