I never knew it was possible to love your dentist -- until I saw Dr. Gomer on my first appointment with MGS Dental!! My family and I have had many dentists (military--moved a lot), but I have never been so warmly welcomed (entire staff, starting with my first phone contact), so tenderly cared for (most gentle hygienist ever), or felt that my oral and overall health was actually as important to my dentist as to me. Dr. Gomers doctor-patient communication skills are superb. Shes sensitive, empathic and patient, and takes the time to fully and clearly explain what shes doing, what if any concerns she has and why, what options exist for the patient, and what they can expect. On my first visit, during a very thorough exam, she addressed my concern regarding the damaged surface of a tooth and corrected the problem (beautifully!!) during that very same visit. She also brought to my attention the paramount need for work on two teeth that I could lose because they are cracked. (Why these issues had not been addressed by my former dentist during my regular six month visits is baffling.) Her office staff is incredibly gracious and helpful, and timely with scheduling. I was truly impressed to find all costs stated up front, to include a determination of exactly what my insurance will cover and what my co-pay will be. That certainly beats billing and waiting. I had gone to my appointment with no small amount of concern. It was just a routine visit, but we were switching from a practice wed used for 25 years and change is hard. We dont fear dentists (though its not our favorite activity), but we were switching because we no longer felt our welfare was of any concern to our practice except for the fees we paid. I did a great deal of research before selecting a new practice ( friends & associates, on-line reviews, calling offices & asking good questions), and MGS came out at the top on all queries. Location and cost were also considerations, but here again MGS came out at the top. After just one visit, I fully understand why, Dr. Gomer and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Its an additional bonus that Dr. Gomer is holistic in approach, that the office is pleasant and relaxing (soothing, even), and parking is easily accessible.

I have always been self conscience of my smile my entire life. Not only did I have tiny teeth, I also had two peg laterals (size of baby teeth) and a cross-bite, but my smile was all gum :( I would hesitate to laugh out loud, let alone smile big for fear of exposing my horrible smile in its "gummy" grandeur. Unfortunately, I long since came to accept that my smile was just that... my smile. To change it would require significant cost, surgury, braces, time and patience ... all of which I didnt have. Then I met Dr. Gomer and her staff and Dr. Gomer presented me with a plan that would fit my life style and budget. I have a smile today that I only dreamt. .. never imagined. .. I could have. Dr. Gomer and her incredible staff walked me through the process... step by step... Appointment by apoointment... encouraging and with great care and patience along the way. Never, at any point in the process did I ever feel uncomfortable. Never before did I have so much trust and respect for a practice. At some point i will need to relocate back to PA but will not hesitate to make the trip to MA for my annual check up with MGS. I sincerely, without reservation, would recommend this practice for the small to great dental needs. They are incredible and provide unsurpassed care!

I have been a patient at MGS since they took over my previous dentist’s practice a number of years ago (10+?). I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Gomer and her staff. A few notable experiences come to mind that show how dedicated she is to her patients. About 4 years ago I was having a lot of pain the week before thanksgiving. Dr. Gomer was away and the office was closed. I left a message for her, expecting a call back after the holiday weekend. I received a call within an hour from her and she helped get me an appointment that same day with another local dentist so I could hopefully eat without pain on Thanksgiving. Another visit showed that I had 3 small cavities. Even though I had the last appointment of the day, she filled all 3 of them for me right then and there so I wouldn’t have to come back. Because they were small I chose to have it done without Novocain and there was no pain at all! I now live about 45 minutes away, but still make the drive and wouldn’t think about going anyplace else!

OK, in all seriousness & honesty..from all the years that I have been Dr. Svetlana Gomers patient, I have never had any unpleasant or painful visits. Perfection comes to mind every time I get a procedure done. Dr. Gomer has an amazing and very caring team. Diana, as her right wing woman, IMO, knows her stuff and does the best cleanings.I had to have a pricy procedure done and I was pretty upset thinking I had to pay all this money right away but both Alyssas introduced me to the Care Credit and it made me feel so much better and relieved that I could pay this certain amount over a year. Everyone is always about what is in your best interest. MGS Dental in Tewksbury, MA is highly recommended!!! Thank you Dr. Gomer!!

For many years I was unsatisfied with my smile because, since I was a child, my teeth were crooked. One of my bottom incisors crossed over the other and my upper canine stuck out. I was embarrassed by my smile. I did not like taking photographs and smiling with my teeth until five months ago when I had my invisalign treatment from Dr. Svetlana Gomer at MGS Tewksbury Dental. My new smile changed my life. I became more social, started to smile more and people also commented on my new smile. I always wanted to have straight teeth, but I never thought it would look so great. Thank You Dr. Gomer!

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Svetlana Gomer makes the appointment and the whole treatment process easy and pleasant. You end up coming out a new person. A great addition, is their use of NuCalm, which makes you relax deeply and feel as if youre about to fall asleep, with the use of music, a chewing supplement and a sleep mask. The office itself is very nice and clean, unlike many where you feel like youre sitting at an emergency room, both patient number and sanitary wise. Id highly recommend MGS Tewksbury Dental to everyone. You will enjoy and look forward to all your visits.

I came all the way down from West Virginia to fix my teeth. This is the best dentist that you can find on East coast. I was really amazed by the service they providing, extremely friendly and professional people. Once you go through the door, you can feel that people really care about your mouth, its very important to me, when doctor is actually cares about their patients. I would recommend everyone to go there and check/fix your teeth, no jokes!!!! I usually dont write even satisfied services on the web, but this service is VERRY GOOD!!!
