The front desk receptionist is very RUDE and was unwilling to accommodate this patient with an appt. time to have an exam, xrays and a cleaning done on the same day. She also informed me that, although my appt. time was to include a cleaning, there was a strong likelihood that I would not get a cleaning that day because the hygenist didnt have time. When I asked to reschedule the appt. for a different day to have it all done on the same day, the receptionist copped an attitude and offered me appointments several weeks out. I told her that I needed a sooner appointment and she offered no alternative and said I can either keep the appt. and take my chances on getting the cleaning, or I can reschedule for several weeks out. She offered no cancelation list and when I suggested it she said fine, I have your number. This was my first dealing with this dental office and I left very unhappy and unsatisfied.

My family and I have been patients since we moved to the area in 2004. The front desk staff has always been pleasant and accommodating and the hygienists have always been personable and professional. They make the experience calming and painless. I have been treated by all three of the Dentists and can say that at each procedure they take time to explain what is going on and what they recommend as treatment. There is never high pressure to do expensive procedures as I have experiences with other practices. I trust their judgment and feel like they truly care about us. They have seen me or my family at the last minute on an emergency basis without a problem. Highly Recommended.

Nobody likes to go to the dentist (if your sane), but since we all should, this is the place to go. Ive been a patient for a number of years and I have always been completely satisfied. I cant say enough about all the people who work there, but especially Dr. Haroian, who is an excellent dentist and top-notch person. They all recently took care of a major, unexpected issue I had. Dr. Haroian and all of his staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and friendly dental staff that I have ever been around. Dr. Haroians commitment to excellence with his dentistry amazes me!!! All of the administrative staff always tries to accomodate me and the hygienists are nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend this dental office to EVERYONE!!!!!
