I was in SO MUCH PAIN from my S.I. Joint Disfunction that I could could barely stand or walk. I called Dr. Krupas office hoping that he might be able to help me. I wasnt an established patient of his and he was able to see me immediately. I have never been to a Chiropractor before and I was quite apprehensive as to whether or not he would be able to help me with my particular joint problem. I left from that first visit with relief from my pain and a spring in my step. As I continue to see Dr. Krupa and do the exercises he prescribes, I have noticed that I can go longer periods of time without joint discomfort. Dr. Krupa says, "Recovery is a Marathon, not a Sprint". I know that Dr. Krupa will be side by side with me down that road with patience, kindness and understanding...No matter how long my marathon might last. -Alee, Holliston, MA

I visited Dr. Krupa last week on the recommendation of friends. I had been going to another Chiropractor for years, and I felt that their methods of adjustments had changed drastically over the past few years from when I had originally started going there. Dr. Krupa fix my aching back with the proper adjustments in three visits, and actually did additional adjustments that I had never had. He worked wonders on my back, and I highly recommend him if you have any back, neck or other issues. He is professional, courteous, and also educates you so that you can strengthen proactively instead of waiting for an injury to surface. I will be getting regular adjustments now that I can put my trust into someone who cares about healing and not just how many visits can he can get from my insurance. Oh, and Sandy is awesome too!!!

I can’t thank Dr. Krupa enough for how much he’s helped me. I had been having chronic neck and shoulder pain for which I just couldn’t find relief. After neither my orthopedic doctor nor a whole round of physical therapy had made it better, the pain and its effect on my ability to function led me to reach out to Dr. Krupa. Not only did his treatment immediately decrease the pain, but I was shocked that I was able to turn my head and check my mirror when backing out of his parking lot (something I had not been able to do for months)! Doctor Krupa has been treating me for over a year now for lower back pain and migraines. He has been able to alleviate my pain allowing me to get back into the sports activities that I love so much. Dr. Krupa and the staff at Holliston Spine have been nothing but kind and friendly ever since I started going to his practice. Dr. Krupa has been able to alleviate my lower back and give me different exercises to strengthen the muscles in my back. He truly cares about his patients and gives you his full attention while he is treating you. I would recommend him to anyone and I really cant imagine going any place else.

After repeated episodes of pain in my shoulders and neck I went to see Dr. Krupa - admittedly, I wasnt comfortable with visiting a chiropractor. He listened, explained everything he was doing, and made me feel at ease. In that process, he alleviated the pain in my shoulders and neck completely. I have full motion again - in just a few visits. I would recommend Dr. Krupa without reservation.

Dr. Krupa eliminated my sciatica pain within 6 weeks of receiving twice a week treatments. I had previously gone for 6 months of conventional medical treatments (epidural steroid injections and physical therapy) that proved more damaging than helpfull.
