Their contact lens department is AWFUL! They never pick up the phone and do not bother returning the calls. I had to go through the optical shop (which btw is great) to get hold of a person in their contact lens department. And when I did connect she was extremely rude and could not be bothered to stay on the phone more than 30 seconds. I have been trying to order lenses for the last 2 months. Switching to another optical shop now. Its frustrating because I I have been a loyal customer with them for a long time but their customer service for contact lenses is plain awful.

My son went in for a medical condition and they billed it as a routine. No one in billing ever returns a phone call when they state they will return within 24 hours. Once a very successful and prompt business is now turning into a below average business. The father that opened this practice would not be proud.

A Private User

If you like high-volume medical practices, then you may like Tallman Eye. Theyre huge, they see tons of patients, and nobody knows who you are. If you like being a number, then this place is probably for you. Personally, Ill stick with a small, single-proprietor, or family-owned shop.
