The eye exam portion went flawlessly. The doctor was extremely nice and thorough. He explained everything in a way i could understand. However, if i could give separate stars for both the doctors office and the lenscrafters i would give the doctors office 5 stars but i actually would give lenscrafters 0 stars if i could. Every thing was going perfectly until it was time to pick my glasses. I was all set and then the lady asked me for my insurance information so as i was pulling it up on my phone she saw it and told me the didnt except my insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket. And when i told her it says you take it her response was "oh it must say that because the doctors office accepts it" she never apologized once for wasting my whole afternoon. My only recommendation is for them to put a notation next to the insurances that the doctors office accepts and lenscrafters dont. But seriously dont even waste your time here.
