Terrible service! Dont go unless you plan to get glasses there! I did my exam and only got Sphere # for both eyes. All other items were missing: Cylinder and Axis! Those are normally included in eye glass prescriptions (not sure about the regulation requirement though, maybe I shall check). When I called, they told me because I did not order glasses from them, so the measurement was not taken. Not true: all my previous eye exam has at least sphere, cylinder, and axis, no matter I get my eyeglass there or not.

I asked if they took my particular insurance and they said they did, so I made an appointment for an exam and picked out glasses. Well, come to find out, they didnt take my insurance and it wound up costing me a small fortune. Now, Im trying to get some of the money back because they are out of my network and I lost my receipt. Trying to get a copy of my receipt is like pulling teeth! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! THE DOCTORS ARE CRAZY, TOO!

The staff and Mike the GM of this location are all EXCELLENT . Their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, and quality of service are of a high degree and I as a customer was treated very well , had all questions answered, and was given very helpful advice. Great service, got me right in for eye exam. Fast turnaround time for glasses! Nice quality product.
