I love how all these "reviews" are so positive. I have read some REAL reviews elsewhere online and they are not positive at all. I am doing research for someone I know who recently had a VERY BAD experience with RUDE technician there. The technician was uncaring and unprofessional. A very sick dog was brought into them, and was clearly in physical pain. The technician was ruff and uncaring when handling this dog and was about to do a procedure (which under the conditions would have been very painful for the dog and the tech should have known not do to this) When the owner gasped and ask that she not do this the technician was VERY RUDE to the owners. Those people love that dog very much, that YOU did not seem to care about. BAN MANNERS, BAD FOR BUSINESS. Simple concept.

The staff at Pittsfield Vet is absolutely amazing. They never seem to fail me. In the worst of times having to put animals down, bringing my rabbit for a sickness, and an opened wound. To just annual check ups theyre always super kind, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I love everyone there so much. Thank you so much for everything you guys do for keeping pets safe and sound, and being a great support system in moments of grief!! Love you guys so much!! Keep up the amazing work, youll always have me as a returning customer!!!!

I have used Pittsfield Vet for the past 8 years. When I had to have my cat put to sleep, I had him cremated. When I went back I expected to pick up just a box. I not only got the box but they had included three poems and some of his fur and a ClayPaw memento with his paw print forever imprinted. It meant so much to me. The Vet that was with us when I made the decision it was time could not have been more sensitive and understanding. When I am ready for a new friend I will be bringing it to them for care. Tina H

All of the doctors here are super knowledgeable, the front desk and vet techs are always efficient and caring and everyone goes out of their way to make you and your pet feel well cared for. Purchasing medications from their well stocked pharmacy is a breeze and they will mail them to you if you ask. It is reassuring to know that my 15 year old dog has the medical support she needs 24/7 and can receive it in a modern and clean clinical setting.

Im not able to express how happy Ive been with the service my critters and I have received at Pittsfield Vet. Dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and several birds.Most of the staff is exceptional. Ive been taken care of for minor and major situations . The only thing that could be better is a full time groomer. Which has nothing to do to do with the Medical help we receive.

Weve taken our dogs to Dr. Reynolds for many years. The care and compassion are second to none. When we lost our Great Dane, Harleigh, the staff truly felt our loss and helped tremendously. Our Roxie is a little on the nutty side in the excitement and risk taking department and I am so very grateful to have a place to bring her that I can trust. Thank you!

Me and my fiancé have never had a vet take time out of their day to personally call and check in on our fur baby to see how they are doing and Dr. Cermak did just that. Its so nice to have a vet that cares about your children (with fur) as much as you do! We are soooo glad we chose North County Vet for the care of our new pup!

We have a rescue with major trust issues. Is not social and has extreme anxiety going to the vets. Dr. Michelle Looney has worked with us and Gobi for the last 5years to make a terrifying visit turn into muzzle off at the end and shouts of praise for Gobi! Gobi leaves a happy boy!
