ASPEN DENTAL HAS BEEN THE MOST WONDERFUL FIND! I WAS UNABLE TO GET DENTAL WORK DONE DUE TO NOT HAVING DENTAL INSURANCE AND THE COST FOR ANY WORK THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. WELL, AFTER SEEING ADS ON TV AND PASSING BY ASPEN LOCATIONS, I DECIDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION I MADE & I AM NOW ABLE TO SMILE AND FEEL SO PROUD OF THE OUTCOME! FROM MY FIRST APPOINTMENT ALL THE WAY TO MY MOST RECENT, HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE TRULY THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, CARING AND KIND PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A VERY, VERY LONG TIME. Aspen Dental was the most amazing Dentist visit that my children and I have ever experienced. Karen was so helpful and thoughtful. She carefully explained all of the procedures that she was going to do and taught us how to take care of our teeth. We all know how unpleasant it can be to go to the dentist. This team is amazing and help you along the way. From the financial part all the way to the end of your treatment, you are treated with respect and understanding. I highly recommend this for all of your dental needs. The only thing that I did not love was the phone system. I would love to be able to just call and talk to someone without all of the automated mumbo jumbo that you have to go through to reschedule an appointment or ask a question. Far too much work for a simple call.

This place is the best, and this comes from someone with a lifelong fear of going to the dentist. They explained everything that was going to happen, and treated me with respect and concern. If you need a dentist, or want a BETTER dentist, go to them. They can help you find the best payment options, and they will give you the thorough care thats so hard to find nowadays. Im so glad I found them. I have serious dental issues, and many missing teeth. I also have a growth on my inside lower lip. All issues will be addressed by MY terms - they gave me great choices. I wish I didnt wait so long!

Cleaning and dental services are fine. However very frustrated with the surprise charges every time we go. Dentist knows insurance will only pay for 2 cleanings a year and knows the rules better than me, and knows I was in multiple times earlier in the year for special cleanings. Why didnt they tell me this CLEARLY on my last visit before I booked a new appointment 6 months later that this one wouldnt be free? I would have waited to January if knew it would cost me $100.

They get a 5 star rating from me for being everything from Professional to friendly to caring to the cleanliness of the clinic to just about everything. I could go on and on. The doctor was quick and did a wonderful job doing my fillings. It took less time to get an appointment, even though I was a new patient, than it did when I was a regular. They also met my needs as an individual and kept me as calm as a cucumber. The manager Chris did a wonderful job explaining all the different payment options and has made even the most expensive dental work affordable. Would Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I was impressed by the cheerful service of my first visit. I am also impressed that as a Senior I had discounts on my X-rays and first exam. It is important to have a cheerful place and so far a Great Dentist experience. It is important to have that. I have been to other places where that is not so. Being new to the Plymouth area I would recommend Aspen Dentist to others. (Beth Ann) you are great!

Great place. I read a lot of negative reviews online about Aspen and I was going to cancel my first appointment. I decided to go anyway. What I encountered was the exact opposite of the all negative reviews I read. I have only been to the Plymouth office and they are awesome! Ive been there 3 times and always a positive experience. All the Doctors and Staff that I have encountered have been great.

Nice, Clean, Friendly Atmosphere! Short wait time. Advanced technology makes X-ray procedures fast and easy. Exam was executed professionally and painlessly. Advice, including various options for continued care, were thoroughly explained and followed up with printed information. Easy payment plans too! I came away with the feeling that I was in "Good Hands" where my dental care is concerned.

Well first of all, Im Karen Macuch, not Joe, but thats the only problem I have with your practice. :) Ive found Aspen to be efficient and by working with my minimalist insurance have cost me much less than my former dental practice. There are not enough good words to say about Karen the hygienist, my entire family loves her! She is thorough, kind and pleasant. Five Stars for Karen alone!

Had to wait one hour to get seen. While I was there witnessed 3 different incidents of unhappy patients due to billing mishaps. Could overhear these conversations and the phone conversations as waited an hour for X-ray person to show up. Uncomfortable and a 45 minute appointment turned into 2 hours. Time is precious to a mother of a couple of children. Not sure I will be back

I have had a terrific experience at this office. Everyone is very professional; from the receptionist to billing. Karen Johnson did a quick and efficient procedure on my teeth. She was absolutely wonderful and absolutely no pain. Thank you Karen! I would highly recommend this office and this is coming from someone who absolutely hates the dentist.

I set up a first appt thinking it would be xrays and a cleaning like it is in every other dentist office. NO! It was just for xrays. I am away at college right now and hoped to get this cleaning over spring break-- now I cant get a cleaning until May. It would have been so easy for them to be upfront about this. Im disappointed.

Nice staff but they are overpriced and say you need things you dont and add things to your bill that arent needed. I found a local family practice that charges way less and are truthful about what you need. I didnt need 90% of what aspen told me I did. Do yourself a favor and read some other reviews not on this site.

I am very pleased with the care I get at Aspen Dental. I recently had dentures made and I had the best dental experience during the process. My doctor and staff made sure I got the best fitting dentures possible. I am a happy camper and highly recommend Aspen to anyone not happy with their current dentists.
