My wife and I were visiting Maine from Michigan when one of the teeth in her dentures broke off (one of the front ones, no less). She got her dentures from an Aspen Dental in Michigan, so we search for one online and found this one in Biddeford. What a wonderful experience, especially when trying to deal with broken dentures while traveling. We walked in with no appointment. Jen and Alex at the front desk started the ball rolling with squeezing us into the schedule and retrieving her records from the Michigan office. Then she met with Lindsey, the Dental Assistant, who evaluated the dentures and discussed the options with us (as well as turning us on to a great super market nearby!). She then worked with Molly, the Lab Technician, who was able to not only find a proper replacement tooth, but was able to repair the denture in less than 90 minutes! Upon our return, Dr. Fishburn inspected the repair, made a few minor adjustments, and had us on our way in no time at all. Two things we learned with this experience: the staff at the Biddeford Aspen Dental are truly amazing (if you need a dentist, this should be your first stop!), and if you travel a lot (were retired), having access to a dental office anywhere in the country is priceless. Thanks again for helping save our vacation to Maine!

I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of care given to me by everyone...especially anna, the lab technician, who made the denture to my precise specifications regarding design and fit. shes an artist...her work makes me enjoy my own smile...the last time I had a feeling of excitement like this was when I got my first car as a teenager. Doing business with Aspen Dental has been one of the better decisions Ive made in the past few years. I have recommended you guys to at least a half dozen people already and will continue to do so without hesitation. The care, service and product are all superior. You seldom hear anyone say they look forward to visiting the dentist...actually, I do! Thank you for all the TLC and efficient professional treatment. I appreciate the difference youve made in my life and am grateful to all of you for it.

I will always give Aspen a glowing review, whether in person or on any rating website. Over the years, I have worked with four of their dentists, two hygienists and an array of their support staff. Everyone there is very friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. Over the past few years, Ive had extractions, root canals, crowns, fillings, x-rays and cleanings. In their administration office, Ive dealt with financing, bill paying, rescheduling, history and insurance. I used to worry about eating a tough sandwich; there were always one or two teeth I was worried about. No longer; my dentist recently told me Im "done;" maintenance only for the foreseeable future. Its rare that I so easily and completely recommend a business, but Aspen is that exception. I completely recommend them in every way.

The people were very friendly. I had an appointment and was taken in only a few minutes late. They work very fast, but explain things well. I love that they dont seem to judge. Ive had dentist in the past lecture me that I should strictly only ever drink water (which I feel is unreasonable to ask, specially when I dont drink alcohol or soda) and they never questioned it. I also like that they seem very honest about work needed to be done and not pushing of "preventive work" like I have had in the past. All in all I was very happy with the services, but like with most places scheduling provides a challenge being booked pretty far out at a time.

I was apprehensive about going to a "chain" , I was afraid it would be like the Walmart of dentistry. I couldnt have been more wrong. The staff is awesome, the service is awesome and I felt right at home and very comfortable. The staff walked the fine line between professionalism and friendliness with wonderful results. Especially helpful were Lindsey and Jennifer. I was able to navigate through all the procedures and costs very easily thanks to Jennifer, and Lindsey was informative about the new procedures without talking down ... I will be a patient here for a long time and have convinced my granddaughter to make an appointment also.

I recently had a root canal done in Biddeford. This was satisfactory. However, my next appointment for the crown work is a month away. Then the next appointment for the final crown work is another month from that. I have called to try to get these closer together and they tell me they do not have any openings. I also need two other fillings and they are scheduled for April. I am on a list to be called if something opens up. I am a new patient. If this is how it is always going to be, then I would not recommend Aspen to anyone else.

it was my first visit.I had already filled out paper work on line sent by aspen dental, very convenient.arrived at specified time for appointment and was greeted by friendly smiles.waiting took just a very short while. was taken in and immediately the process of examination procedures took place ,and in no time i knew what had to be done and what cost was.the crew was very friendly as though i had been going there forever.i am very pleased with the service and would recommend very highly to any one .

I didnt really love going to the dental office. I was more than pleased with my experience at the Aspen Dental Office in Biddeford. The office is staffed with a special group of professional individuals. The receptionist, technicians, and especially the doctors are special. They are all excellent in their special area of practice. Each is personable, accomplished , and do not waste a step in their tasks. I am impressed with the entire staff. I highly recommend the group to a patient with a concern.

I have had work done at Aspen for over two years. At first I thought it was going to be humiliating because of the condition they were in but the staff made me feel great and explained everything about what I should do next. Every time I have had a problem the saw me as soon as they could and made sure I was comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. In a month I will start to have dentures and I am more than happy by the thought its all happening at Aspen in Biddeford. Bil Moriarty

All staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The office is bright and very clean (important). Clinical staff very professional. Thank you in particular to Elizabeth (Liz) who brought me through the multiple x-rays for my initial visit.... thank you!! Very very uncomfortable visit and I have never had an issue with a dentist visit before. Very impersonal atmosphere. If you are used to having a relationship with your dentist and hygienist ie. feel safe and understood and want things kindly explained, I would recommend a private practice. This is a place for fast processing of patients. I will be looking elsewhere.
