Office staff do not know what "customers" are. They seem to maintain an attitude, which suggests, they are doing a person a favor for letting them see a dentist. For the most part, many are off-putting and rude. Perhaps one day they will learn that dental providers are a choice; they are no different than choosing a hair-stylist - service is key. They dont have it. As far as dental skills, after a small cavity I was sore for two weeks. In comparison, I had four impacted wisdom teeth pulled by someone else with no pain. They take too long, putz around too much, and have to do corrections. I was never confident in their work after treatment.

I broke a tooth thats part of some bridgework I have had for some time. I called Biddeford-Saco Dental Associates the next morning. I was not a current patient, but they fit me in early in the morning, despite being short staffed, and did an outstanding job of creating a temporary replacement! Dr. Gandhi and the entire staff were phenomenal and their expertise amazing! I am now a very satisfied new patient of the practice.

Just my 6 month cleaning & checkup, but included a full set of digital X-rays. It was great as all activity occurred from one chair, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and long term dental concerns and options were thoroughly reviewed. I really love the early morning appointments too, as it helps to minimize the impact to my work schedule.

The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. The dental work is always excellent. It would be good to have the doctors expand the service to include extractions, root canals, etc. They have terrific referral providers for more complex dental work, but it would be great to have the additional services at their office in Saco.
