I switched to Rizkalla when I moved to the area, and setup an appointment for a cleaning. LIKED: -The hygienist was good at what she was doing, I could tell that she was very knowledgeable. DISLIKED: - The Dr. never even came and introduced himself or popped his head in to say hi. When you get a new patient, hits only proper to at least give your patients an idea of who you are. - Seemed like they were trying to "sell" me more. At the end, the hygenist went over a couple things that I could use. She then asked what I wanted to do. How do I know??? Im not the industry professional!!! When I told her I was going to be getting new ins. in the next couple weeks she got really pushy about me getting in there, and that I should use that insurance up...which shows (1) a lack of understanding of how insurance works, and (2) that theyre pushy. Its hard to explain, but it seems like Rizkalla just wants to get in as many patients as they can in the time of business. Thats just not what Im looking for in any doctor. All in all, Im saying "okay", but after one appointment I changed Dr.s.

My family has been a part of the Rizkalla Dental family for about 15 years. I wouldnt trade them for another dental practice ever. The office staff are professional, accommodating, kind and take the time to get to know you and your family - making the experience of a Dental visit as close to enjoyable as possible considering its the Dentist. The hours are also very flexible and they work hard to keep you up to date and informed of appointments and rescheduling. Their hygienists are wonderful, get the job done. The Drs are awesome and most importantly - GENTLE! Im a baby when it comes to any kind of teeth discomfort during procedures. They have always made sure to take precaution and do whats needed to ensure Im comfortable. I really just couldnt say enough good things about the team. They take pride in what they do and the quality staff they hire and it really makes all the difference in the world. I wouldnt write this review if I didnt love them and trust them with my dental care and that of my family. Give them a try and you will see! India - from Plymouth

Awesome Dentist! Wish I had been going there years ago. Top of the line equipment and professionalism throughout.. I go to the son and find him very gentle, thorough, personable, efficient and amazingly kind. I once had a crown fall out.. I left a voicemail on a Sunday night, they called me the next morning, which was a holiday, listened to my schedule and figured out an appointment that would work for me at 4pm that evening.. I arrived at four, they had to make a replacement crown, which they did on site, I was out by 5pm good as new, no charge!! They also have evening and Saturday appointments! So now I dont miss work for dental appointments! All the staff are really good people, very genuine and friendly. I feel like I get the best possible dental care from the best kind of people. And I love the location. Sometimes I go for a coffee & sandwich afterwards, stroll down main street! I now love going to the Dentist. Amazing.

It is always a great visit. Been going there for @30 years now. Never push dental work on you unless is very needed. I love that.. no pressure. The new hygienist is good. I will say I liked the previous one better as I felt a better polishing clean. She has a different routine. I am sure I will adjust. All these years and on my 3rd dental hygienist. The dentists. Great. Father and Son. Both very cost aware. Makes me feel like family. Never felt pressured to do dental work but they tell you whats going on. I would never go anywhere else. The office girls are wonderful. Very nice and accommodating. Its a great dental experience. I recommend this office to all friends. I tell them that. I love my dentist. I can have fillings with no novacaine. Up to state of the art procedures. Definitely the best dental office for me. Give them a call. You will see for yourself.

Dr Karim Rizkalla is the best dentist Ive had In my 53 years of Dental work. He has the newest technology, really state of the art. He has wonderful chair side manner; hes gentle and is truly concerned for his patients wellbeing. Im a healthcare professional in management in a large Medical School in Boston, and so I have an expert eye for quality, healthcare and professionalism. Dr Rizkalla and his staff have it all. From their front desk staff to their assistants to their billing department its was all 5 stars. I highly recommend Dr Rizkallas practice for everyone child and/or older adult. My kids go there and its like going over my familys home( I take it back its better LOL.

After being seen by the worlds rudest dentist at Aspen Dental, my tooth pain was at am all time high. My husband found Rizkalla through a google search, and Im so glad he did. From the initial phone call to the end of my appointment, I was met with kind and personable staff. Dr. Rizkalla was patient with me, despite my dental anxiety. The hygienist was very friendly and put me at ease. I had a tooth extracted only a few hours ago, and already I feel so much relief and comfort. The waiting room is inviting and the office is very clean and well decorated. The best dental experience Ive ever had, by far.

Accommodating, friendly and thoroughly professional. The hygienist was personable, polite and confident. Very complete assessment of my oral hygiene and health. Performed an efficient and effective cleaning and x-ray. This is presumption on my part as it was never mentioned and I felt comfortable with the work. We skipped the pocket depths this visit as I was behind in arriving and it was remarked that my gums etc were very healthy. Otherwise, Im sure it would have been done. Being a patient for several years I trust the staff and the Drs. dedication to quality care.

I gladly travel from Falmouth to my appointments at Rizkalla Dental. My entire family, husband and ten children have had the BEST care ever at the office. The staff is always ready to assist and they go over and above when needed! My experience with Dr.s Bahaa and Karim have been outstanding. I trust them explicitly with my dental care and would never switch to another practice. The hygienists make sure patients are comfortable and relaxed and the office staff,in general makes all of us feel like family! Five stars is not enough for Rizkalla Dental....it is so much more!

I had lost a filling and was in pain, I called my dentist of 18 years and because I had not been in a few years my dentist would not see me until I had a cleaning and a consult, seriously...... the woman who answered the phone knew me by name and still they would not help me out. A friend at work told me about Rizkalla Dental. Rizkallla Dental took me right away and fixed my tooth, every one was friendly and helpful. I now have a new dentist with Rizkalla. Thank you for fitting me in and addressing my needs rather than making me jump thru expensive time consuming hoops.
